Business Owner
Dr. Cummins, the clinical director and owner of Cummins Counseling, is a Monroe, Louisiana native. He is a skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (#3255), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#1164), counselor educator, motivational speaker and an advocate for social justices and diversity. He has over 13 years of clinical experience. His journey and aspirations for the mental health field began after a traumatic football accident in high school which left him paralyzed and wheelchair dependent. Through support from the community, family and friends in his recovery, Dr. Cummins chose the mental health field as his profession to give back to others in need.
