Surprising it’s stayed open this long. They rarely have more than 3 people working (unlike the other oil change places which are always well staffed). Takes forever to get oil change, even when no one is there. Smells like cigarettes. Very dirty sitting area.

This location has a big turn over in employees. After I had a recent oil change. I drove home and opened up my truck hood to find my oil cap off of the filler spout. Luckily I found it wedged in between the radiator and frame. I would not recommend them for any auto or truck maintenance.

I used Jiffy Lube in Ruston one time a while back. They now have an LSU banner and purple and gold streamers. They are in Ruston, Louisiana — home of LOUISIANA TECH UNIVERSITY! It seems as though they do not want Tech student, Tech supporter, or Tech alumni business. Change the LSU to Louisiana Tech and your business would be much better. It sickens me to see the betrayal displayed by this business in Tech’s town. So, if you are from Tech, please use another local oil change business. They apparently do not wish to receive our money.

I refuse to support any place in Ruston, LA that has purple and yellow flags and a banner advertising for LSU tickets. Definitely will not be going here, no matter how good the service is. Go Dawgs!
