Worst waiting for a coffee. Slow as molasses in the drive thru. You guys need to get busy.

Omg tried this Starbucks again and couldn’t even get service at the drive thru even though they’re open… so Jana tried your store again and again was disappointed!

Pulling into this parking lot is a nightmare. I have a final exam this morning & the drive thru line was long so I decided to park & go inside— not a long line at all inside. I timed myself, was literally in & out within 6 minutes. Don’t let these bad reviews keep you from coming here. Would’ve gave 5 stars if the parking situation wasn’t so terrible

This is the slowest Starbucks on the planet! Drive thru should be park and wait. 20 mins for 3 cars. Just a terrible franchise. Has been like this since day 1. Terrible management. By pass I would.

Wow, I was nervous to stop here after reading some of the reviews! I had a great experience stopping at this Starbucks location. There was a woman in front of me who was very indecisive in her order and stood at the counter’s only open register while I waited behind her. Just as my frustration was about to grow, a very nice barista stopped what she was doing to take my order so I wouldn’t have to wait any more behind Ms. Indecision. Other than the smooth ordering process, the store was very clean, to include the restroom. Overall, I think I spent a total of five minutes or so here, so it didn’t slow me down on my trip across the country, which is great! Unfortunately, I don’t know if I’ll ever be back to Louisiana to visit this location, but I definitely think that a lot of other Starbucks could benefit by being as efficient as this one.

Attention those who are seeking caffeine from Starbucks along I-20 in Louisiana, and you haven’t seen anything for miles between Shreveport and Monroe, all is not lost. We stopped and ordered our usual iced lattes and frappuccino. They were fine. The staff was friendly and fast. Whatever issues previous Unilocalers have had here seem to have been corrected, at least on a somewhat busy late Friday afternoon. They got 4 stars verses 5 stars because of a few things. The men’s room was a little messy and had a broken toilet seat hinge. Instead of paper towel dispensers, the bathrooms had the dreaded super air-blower hand dryers, my wife and daughter reported the lock on the ladies room door may have been broken. Lastly, the condiments bar did not have nutmeg. With a little attention to these items, this store could reach for 5 star status! Ample parking here. A note of caution, the store sits at a bit of a dangerous intersection, turn in and exit carefully.

I’m not sure anyone would care about reviews here for starbucks but here it goes. It’s ALWAYS horribly slow. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through. The barista had me at the window and all he had to do was hand me the drink. I waited 6 minutes just for him to take more orders and do food before he just handed me the drink that had been sitting on the counter. He acted super upbeat and nice like he couldn’t have cared less that he was the least productive employee I’ve seen in a while.

When you are the only gig in town, I guess it’s okay to be the slowest. PS: it is very difficult to maneuver in and out of the parking lot.

Please learn that drinks need to be completed one at a time. No one wants a frappuccino that has separated because barista wants to make 4 frappuccinos at the same time and realizes that there is no whip cream on the bar.

I love coffee. I love Starbucks. THIS Starbucks is horrible. The baristas here CANNOT get a drink right! There is a reason a person is willing to to pay $ 6 bucks for a cup of coffee. The disappointment of my coffee from here is palpable for me.

Gets slows in morning hours. Usually have to wait 10 – 15 minutes in drive-thru. This location seems to always burn coffee. I can make better tasting stuff at home. Only reason I go is for frappuccinos. Don’t get why certain drinks are seasonal. How hard is it to put sea salt in a caramel drink?

All Starbucks are not created the same. I ordered a Venti hazelnut macchiato and a lemon pound cake and got a cup of hot mop water and a hard slice of cake… Starving so I ate the cake and watered some plants with the coffee. Check before you pull off.

Not the fastest Starbucks, but not the slowest I’ve experienced either. It’s nice to have one in this area of I-20 for those of us traveling.
