Dont take your car here. It might have been a reputable shop years ago but they are Rude. and dont get your car repaired in a timely manner. They lie about how long it takes to get my part but I went to the parts place and they said 24 hours. I still dont have my car back after a week and now they are finding more problems. I might ad my car is not some old junker it is a 2009. Just in a minor accident with a pot hole. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS. BTW only 1 person in the office.

This is probably the crappiest body shop in the tri-​state area. My insurance company screwed me over by telling me this was one of their network shops (it wasn’t but, they paid dearly for that mistake). That is the only reason my car was there in the first place. After a front-​end collision, I needed my bumpers, hood, fenders, frame, etc. replaced. I was given the run-​around for about 4 days on when my car would be ready (after 3 and ½ weeks of it being in the shop). When I finally picked up my car, I was treated rudely (even yelled at by the owner) for complaining about some of the repairs. My blinkers did not work at all. The shop fixed the fuse but here I come to find out a month later (when the weather warmed up) that my A/​C doesn’t work. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and am assuming there will have to be a lawsuit to recoup my damages and the cost of repairs at a much for sufficient shop.
