Beckett Marieanne Giardina MD Dermatologist

Office is clean and modern looking. There is plenty of free private parking below and around the building. Dr. Beckett is professional and knowledgeable. She was pleasant and answered all of my questions. My only gripe is that I had a 10:25 AM appointment. However, I did not get to see her until exactly 11:40
AM. Maybe this was just a bad day. I will see next time and revise my rating accordingly.
The first I went to this practice in 2014, I saw Dr. Zuruda. I felt she did give me a little more time and information. At that time, I did not wait more than 15 minutes from my appointment time. I will probably go to her next visit.

My daughter had a persistent excruciating rash. Dr. Beckett appeared slightly horrified by it and really had no clue. She is NOT a pediatric dermatologist, which she told me. I asked if it could be an allergy, and she told me it wasn’t. She recommended another Dr. who was unavailable until OCTOBER (it is August). I did some research of my own and found out that NY Presbyterian pediatric hospital has an outstanding pediatric dermatology unit. I brought my five year old to the ER there and was treated so amazing. They told me it was an allergic reaction, sent me home with prescriptions to help in the meantime and names of allergists for testing. Even better, they treated my daughter and I like gold. If you have a child with any type of skin issue, do yourself a favor and take them somewhere that has a clue about kids. On the plus side, the office was clean and the front desk staff was very kind.

Someone recommended Dr. Beckett and I was very pleased with the outcome. The office is friendly and she is very knowledgable.

I had a hard time with this doctor. I came in to her office with a red face and didn’t know what happened. She told me my insurance wouldn’t cover something but did not work out a payment plan to fund the procedure. She gave me no other option, instead, she ignored me and gave me a $ 200 bill for not even helping me. I wouldn’t recommend her because I felt like she was judging me when I came into her office with cold sores and a red face and needed help.

This was a wonderful experience! The entire staff was very attentive.Dr.Sperling was our doctor she was very professional and did not rush like our last doctor who just wrote a script and sent us on our way … I highly recommend this office you wont be disappointed! They are very professional and what the Dr, told us to do is working beautiful for my son’s skin condition. I highly recommend!

I was looking for a dermatologist near where I work and came across Dr. Marieanne Giardina-​Beckett on the U.S. News Top Doctors list.
The supporting staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Often times, I come across medical office staff from other doctors that can be nasty or unpleasant to deal with, but that couldn’t be further the case here. Everyone I encountered was professional and courteous. The wait time to be seen once I arrived was about 15 minutes. I explained my symptoms to the doctor and she provided her feedback. At no point did I feel rushed. She has terrific bedside manner.
Thankfully, my condition did not require a follow-​up appointment, but I will be visiting her office again for any skin-​related ailments in the future.
