I stop here on my way to work, EVERYDAY. I’ve never had an issue, until today. The woman said she couldn’t scan my free coffee coupon on my phone because the scanning gun wouldn’t pick it up. She was moving the scanner all over and kept hitting the button. Everyone else that works there has no problem scanning the coupon on my phone, they hold the button and keep it steady. I told her to punch the numbers in, she said she couldn’t. Ridiculous! She finally tried and said it doesn’t work. She was only punching in a few numbers and the coupon code is at least 10 numbers long. It made me think she didn’t want to honor my DD Perks free coffee. She was not in uniform and didn’t have a nametag. She was an older, 50 or so, Asian woman. Not sure if she was an owner or not, but she was horrible. I am definitely doing the survey on the receipt. And it will not be good.

Worst Dunkin ever! The people that work there! Bad attitude I hate going to get my perk with a bunch of sour puss faced people! Especially a red haired Mexican working there she thinks she owns the place and wants to give me a hard time for a cup of ice which I am always glad to pay for even though she don’t know how to ring it up!!!

I come here regularly for a breakfast sandwich bc it makes them all day, not just for breakfast. Nothing original, it’s a DD and part of a gas station. Servers are friendly and prompt at the drive thru window. So, I have no complaints and recommend coming here when you’re on the run. 11÷4÷2014 — I went here today to try the new Croissant Donut, DD’s answer to the Cronut. It was very good, a little heavy with a glaze over it. If you want one donut to fill you up, this is the one to get.
