Alderman’s Toyota Scion, Service

The worst service ever !! My problem was actually with their car wash. It’s a long story but basically they never apologized, just kept saying they wanted to help. Every time I described what happened they said I was wrong, I had the wrong receipt or gave other excuses for what happen. It took me about an hour because of course I had to retell the story to 4 different people. Each person said they couldn’t help me. I finally talked to the owner Phil and he said «I have to admit, I don’t know how these things work «
And this all happened because when I purchased my first 4 washes for the price of 3, I was given the wrong paper!!! Of course Phil the owner wanted to know who sold it to me and when I bought it. It was months ago. How would I remember that. And why would I know his name???
All in all, I am very glad I don’t own a Toyota and I’d rather have a dirty car than have to go back there!
