History

Established in 2014.

Sarah has been providing clients with hair and makeup services for over 15 years. After helping to build a successful local company from 1 artist to over 6 as well as being part of a team that has won several awards including awards from The Knot and Wedding Wire, Sarah decided to branch out on her own to form her own company and founded Glam It Up Hair & Makeup Artistry in 2014.

Sarah graduated in 2000 from Hair in Motion Beauty Academy in Worcester, MA with a degree in Cosmetology. Before started Glam It Up Hair & Makeup Artistry, she spent the last four years working for Christy & Co. Makeup and Hair Artistry, as the only artist to offer both hair and makeup services as well as being the principal hair designer in the company. With a concentration in special occasions and bridal parties, Sarah has provided hundreds of clients with hair and/​or makeup to look their absolute best on their big day. From natural and fresh, to dramatic with a smokey eye or a pop of color, there is nothing that Sarah can’t accomplish to achieve any particular look. Between the creativity in her hair designs, and the flawless application of the airbrush foundation, you are guaranteed to feel like the «Glam Girl» you are on your special day.
