I had a good experience with Prompt Appliance Service. Customer service was great and the issue was fixed quickly. The rate was very reasonable. I had a slight issue with the appliance after service. Bob was quick to return my call, he came out shortly after and was happy to do so. The issue was not associated with the work he did. Bob also took the time to clean out my dryer which was not part of the service request. I will use Prompt Appliance going forward.

Bob is incredible. He showed up on time, wasn’t pushy about upselling things and fixed my dryer in less than half an hour. He didn’t charge me to come out just for the labor and was overall very professional.
