Do not buy from this store! I was in there this weekend, I live in NY my family lives in VT. I came in to buy a $ 100 pair of Ugg Slippers for my 80 year old mother. Before I purchased the slippers I asked one of the managers if I could return them knowing how particular my mother was. The store manager said yes, absolutely. My mother did not like the slippers since she is petite and did not like something so heavy on her feet. I returned to the store the very next day and they refused to return my money. They would only offer me a store credit! This is just bad business and they have lost a customer for life. I will tell all my friends… Do not shop in this store their policies are unethical and they could care less about their customers loyalty. We will never be back. We will be filing complaints with the BBB and with the local regulatory authorities along with alerting UGG on the bad business practices that are standard in this store.
