All Dressed Up

One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Went to just «look» for a Bat Mitzvah dress for my daughter. Elise help us, she was the nicest, calmest and most patient person I’ve ever met. She was so helpful and directed my daughter in a totally new direction that was beyond perfect! When we walked out, my daughter actually said she felt like a princess!
I highly recommend this shop to all!

I recently visited All Dressed Up with a young family friend of mine, as well as my mom. We were looking for a dress for my family friend’s bat-​mitzvah. What an amazing experience we had! Even though the store was busy, the salespeople were so friendly and highly attentive. I am surprised at the reviews below, since the experience we had was amazing. We worked directly with the store owner — Monique. She was able to connect with my family friend and help her find the perfect dress for her special night. After looking around the store, I ended up wanting to try on gowns for myself! Since Monique was busy helping my family friend, I worked with another salesperson. She encouraged me to try on different styles that I might not have gone for ordinarily. I found the perfect dress.
Overall, the experience at All Dressed Up exceeded our expectations. Everyone made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and we walked away delighted with our purchases.

I have only bad things to say about all dressed up ! I had bought my daughter her bat mitzvah dress and had it adjusted by a couturier seamstress.
However when we were half way into her party, the zipper broke!
I am very disappointed by these services, my daughter was extremely embarrassed.

I rarely have a negative thing to say about any business, in general my experiences have been good and I feel people do their best.
My daughter and I went to All Dressed up looking for senior prom dresses. The sales staff were rude as soon as they heard me tell my daughter $ 500 was more then I wanted to pay. We found a few dresses that would have worked but we want to shop around as this was our first store. The woman rudely grabbed the hangers and moved on to other people. Even if we found a dress she loved I would not purchase it at this store. If you wanted to be treated kindly and have the help you need, go to Best Dressed in Westchester, located in Eastchester. They are all about customer service.

I’ve come here to look for both my sweet sixteen dress and my prom dress. If you’re into the tacky 2002 looking dresses, this is your place! Not to mention the horrible setup they have. Their sample sizes are too small and don’t have mirrors inside the changing rooms so prepare to be publicly humiliated if you want to try anything on! All I’ve ever gotten from this store is a poor feeling about myself and attitude from the staff but never a dress.

Was going to a gala in NYC and needed a dress for the occasion. I found all dressed up on Unilocal and decided to go after checking their Instagram. I was amazed by how many choices they had! They had a huge variety and the owners were super helpful! If you are in the NYC/​westchester area this is the dress place for you!

My daughter, friend and I traveled from Manhattan for the joyful experience of buying a dress for her Bat Mitzvah. All Dressed Up was recommended to us and since there are so few places in Manhattan to buy Junior formal dresses we decided to make the trip.
The store was busy when we arrived and had a decent but not necessarily impressive selection. My criticism however is not regarding the lack of clothes but the service.
I was shocked at how indifferent, dismissive and rude the sales people were. They answered your questions begrudgingly and really didn’t seem to want to be there.
Part of the joy of celebrating a special occasion is in the steps that lead to the day. Including the experience of purchasing a special and quite expensive dress. However the staff of All Dressed Up seems to be unaware of that aspect.
Maybe the opening of Lesters across the way and witnessing their wonderful sales staff will set an example
