Simply amazing
Our English Cocker pup is our 6^th dog and after our experience with Carla I simply don’t understand why we didn’t have a trainer with all of our previous dogs. Carla has worked with our puppy starting at about 3 months of age. The results are amazing. All of the traits that we had attributed to a puppy being a puppy — which were annoying — Carla quickly had the dog listening and responding. She quickly but gently let the puppy know who was the boss. Carla establishes control with eye contact and our 6 month old puppy now comes on command, sits, lies down, goes to place (his mattress) and stays. Responds to drop it and leave it. The pup has a voracious appetite and used to attack his bowl. Now the bowl is presented to him, he sits, making eye contact and will only go to the bowl when released.
Carla has also worked with the puppy and his 13 yr old English Cocker housemate. As expected the transition of a solo, senior citizen dog and a new puppy was less than perfect. Carla has the two dogs interacting appropriately.
We have boarded the two dogs with Carla for 2 different weekends. She has a large, fenced-​in yard where she works with the dogs and they stay in her home with Carla and her husband. When watching the dogs interact with Carla upon their return it is obvious that they are quite fond of her and a statement of her attentive care of the dogs.
I strongly endorse without reservation Carla, her training techniques and her boarding. There is no doubt that we have a much better behaved puppy which markedly adds to the enjoyment of the puppy. A true find!

Extremely satisfied with Bark and Learn. We left our very anxious 12 yr. old poodle with Carla for a week, & surprisingly all went extremely well! Carla has a very calming energy, she knows her stuff and most of all she really does care. Carla sent us updates & pictures while we were away and I just knew our girl was in good hands. Would use her again without reservation! Carla is a dog whisperer!
