Our new 10,000 square foot Superstore is the largest RV parts and accessories store in the State of Maine. Our factory trained recreational vehicle technicians are here to service any problems or repairs from preventative maintenance to emergency service at our location or at your campsite. I wouldn’t do business with these crooks. A side from general rudeness, I Ran a background check on some of their RVs and found them to be over priced. Called the manufacturer and gave them the vin number. Had the bank investigate too. They refuse to come down on price even a hundred dollars. Very greedy. These are the kind of businesses we need to remove from our society. We need honest businesses that actually care about their customers. She flat out told me word for word «i dont want to help you get into a better situation» «its only about money» red flag folks.
Linda refused to show proof of mechanical condition or operation of RVs. She refused to walk through and show me how it worked.
I walked her through my awesome b190 airstream and asked the sales lady what she thought and she insulted me by saying it was small and shrugged. This is my home. I love my b190. I felt really offended that she would say that about my home. Just do your self a favor and drive passed this place.
Also, the owners have blocked me and other 1 star raters to silence us. We have recieved intimidating and disrespectful personal facebook messages for voicing our opinion of their poor customer service and unfairly priced rvs.

We stopped in for supplies twice while camping in OOB and spent some serious money. We encounted a problem with our toilet flush handle and called Seacoast. I asked if I could bring it in so they could look at it; I was immediately informed «we do“n’t have time ! «They were very rude. We called the RV doctor, he came out within 4 hours and fixed it in 20 minutes. Seacoasts loss this time and forever from us. We spend 3 months in OOB each summer. No hospitality, concern, nor pleasantries what so ever. The Seacoast people should visit GA or SC for lessons in those subjects. It might be good for their biz.

This is the place to go if you need to purchase a RV or have it serviced. The staff is very helpful and quick to get a service tech out for repairs. I use Seacoast every year to winterized my Park Model and I have never had a problem in the spring! Top shelf service! Linda is excellent to deal with. Highly recommended!
