Phoned about furnace of HVAC not turning on. Richard diagnosed the problem for free and fixed the problem next day. Accurate estimate and simply replaced the thermostat which solved my problem. Glad it was not something more serious or expensive!

I called in the morning & got an appointment right away. Richard & his partner were at my house within 30 minutes. He fixed the starter, conductor & capacitor. It was working just fine after that. He even adjusted my vents in my home to get better air flow. Overall, great work & would recommend Richard!

I know for sure a capacitor is not that costly. BUT you have to pay for the knowhow to diagnose the problems in the first place. Its not that you got ripped off… its the thought of paying 160.00 for a capacitor you didnt even know existed. He could’ve told you that the UNIT had to be replaced right? But he didnt.
You don’t PAY for the parts only… you pay for the pros that know how to determine what the fix is.
Is that what you tell your Dr. Sometimes they dont even use a «part». But the charges are 5,6,7 hundred dollars… you’re paying for the professional to have the answer!

My furnace broke the other day so I asked a co-​worker if he knew anyone that knew how to work on one and so he told me about his neighbor, owner of 7 Day Heating and Air. Called him and he was out that afternoon. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He was kind and so professional. He is the guy you want when you are in a pinch.

Richard Aguilar repaired my heating system for $ 270 when one of the largest and best known Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Company in the Sacramento Area was going to charge me $ 789 for the same repair. I trust Richard and am using him to repair one of my rental units because he can be trusted. If your looking for someone who if fair, fast and reasonably priced, I would highly recommend 7 Days Heating & Air.

A/​C went out on Saturday, this guy came out on Sunday morning to repair. Couldn’t ask for better service or rate! I will highly recommend this guy to anyone!

Came by my house and charged me to replace a capacitor that was functioning, although it had some residue on it. Just happened to have the part with him. During the repairs he started talking about the thermostat being notorious for failure (Beutler). He then wanted to charge for additional gas, for total of 120.00 for the gas and 179.00 for the capacitor. He replaced the capacitor for the 160.00 and 19.00 for the the service. Two hours later ac failed with the same symptoms. He never went inside the house to check the thermostat, he just immediately went to the capacitor, stated it was bad and happened to have a replacement. Now I have to go out and buy a thermostat, which was the problem from the start. My opinion, this guy is a shyster, and he knew when he was selling me a 35.00 capacitor for 160.00 that it was the the thermostat… if you want to get separated from your cash, this is the guy to call. I dont like being duped… and you should spend your money elsewhere… unless you enjoy being victimized, or paying for his new truck note… straight out scammer… not to be trusted.

I called and was not able to get appt because everyone was busy and booked due to the heat. However he was nice enough to ask and tell me how to fix my problem. Others wouldn’t even dare to listen to my a/​c problem.

My a/​c broke and this guy came by multiple times to my home and charged me the first time for $ 500, two days later, the a/​c broke again, he charged me a second time $ 125, then a could days later, now the a/​c is broken a third time, and he won’t fix it unless he charges me a third time, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, I had to hire another a/​c repair company to fix it instead, this guy is running a scam of some sort, he is totally unreliable and shows no quality or integrity.
