For over 15 years, Alcalay Communications has been a top marketing, advertising agency, website design and event producers in California. We are known as a boutique agency. This means we are very personal, edgy, creative and think outside the box. It also means you get the attention of our entire team. Although we started out serving primarily government agencies and real estate industry, our clients range in size and scope as we deliver top notch and personalized service to help our clients grow.

Meet the Business Owner

Michael A.

Business Owner

Established in 1998.

Prior to founding Alcalay Communication in 1998, Michael began his career in Los Angeles in executive search for ITT. After locating to Sacramento, he took a position in IT for the California Legislature. After successfully launching two software platforms, he became District Director for a local legislator where he was responsible for communications and legislative issues.

Soon he was recruited to the marketing department of AirTouch Cellular where he was responsible for a wide-​range of marketing initiatives, high value events and regional communications that were part of the telecommunication revolution that put cellular phones in the hands of 60 percent of the population.

He graduated with a degree in Communications from California State University, Northridge where he served as Associated Student president and founder of the Community Service Officers (CSO) program. Michael lives in Sacramento and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
