This has been the best experience I could imagine thanks to the sweet and caring lady working there at the front desk. Her name is Caroline S Lee. When my brother was put in jail, I was worried and stressed. She made the down payment affordable. In addition, she was very personable and made my family feel welcome and at ease. She was very efficient in her work and everything was completed in a timely fashion. After walking around downtown, getting quotes from other bail bond locations, this one was the best one hands down price wise, and customer service wise. My brother’s bail was set at $ 150,000, Caroline looked at our paperwork and gave us a form to fill out and directed us to the correct location where we could plead for a lower rate. Then my brother was able to get his lawyer to set a court date to lower his bail. We had no idea we had this option because no one else told us until Caroline directed us. After the court date, the bail was reduced from 150,000 to $ 50,000. Such a HUGE reduction in price. This made the down payment so much more affordable.
In addition to all of this, she gave us a discount because my family member was a war veteran. When we went home, she kept on checking whether my brother’s bail went through and would give us frequent updates because we were eager to get him home. Then something had occurred that wouldn’t allow her to see whether or not my brother was being released, so she went out of her way on her lunch break to go check if he was waiting outside for us. Talk about a good heart!!! There aren’t that many people like this in this world, and it definitely put me at ease knowing we were in good hands. I felt so blessed and lucky to have run into her. Best service ever, and best bail bonds place ever :) Thank you so much for all of your hard work, they definitely care about you and your loved ones. Very family oriented. I will never forget this.
