This place is legit.
This is the second time in 5 years i rented chairs/​tables. Both times i noticed how on point and professional the people were. It was super non-​hassle and seems to be a family type business which is an extra bonus. Love supporting the locals if i can.
It was super cheap and no hassle. I will be going back the next time i need to rent some chairs

I Needed some last minute chairs and tables for a bbq last weekend and I’m so GLAD to have stumbled upon this location! I’m a fan of small family businesses, and more so when it’s a good business ! We had a wedding at our house so I went to Arrow to rent tables, chairs, napkins, tablecloths, champagne flutes and water pitchers. I decided it was totally worth it to add on delivery and pick up, after the event, for an additional $ 75.
We ordered the ivory chairs and table linens which we were very pleased with. Everything looked great!

I’m honestly surprised to see all these positive reviews. I had pretty much the opposite experience. Their prices are okay, competitive enough with the other guys.
What they lack in convenience they make up with in lousy customer service. They do nothing to help you out. The owner complained about all his other customers and how they break his equipment. He did nothing to accommodate a pretty simple request I had. I recently found out there is another rental company right down the street. I have no idea how this place keeps repeat customers with a competitor so close.
I get annoyed just thinking about this place.

I recently held a wedding at the Rose Garden for a client of mine, and the service was awesome!
Mario, and another gentleman delivered the chairs, canopy, and tables. They both were SO nice. They set them up, and help take them down as well (Very quickly I might add.)
Especially on such a hot day, Mario was a doll to work with, even when we wanted to move the Canopies around.
I own a Wedding Planning Business, I will definitely be recommending Arrow Rentals to everyone.

THE nicest people, period. This family owned business has pretty much everything you need for events.
I had to pick up a trailer full of tables & chairs for an event –Sam and his boys hooked me up and took care of everything. When we returned the goods, they were super nice and a delight to work with.
The chairs were sturdy and clean — the tables were large, stable and we had no complaints.

Sam and his family were a delight to work with. Not only were they very flexible as I figured out how many tables and chairs I needed, they were affordable and hooked me up with last minute essential equipment to haul around the tables and chairs. Arrow rentals is open every day, so if you’re running on a tight schedule, it’s likely you can pick-​up/​drop-​off your rentals and still get to the event on time :)
Plus, they are the nicest people you’ll ever meet!

I rented some tables and chairs for a birthday party at my house this weekend. The process was very easy and straightforward. Their prices were very reasonable, only $ 27 for two tables and fourteen chairs for 3 days. The person working there was very friendly and helpful. The quality of the chairs left something to be desired and they needed a little cleaning, but everything worked out and it was a good experience for the price.

Needed chairs for large Thanksgiving function. Very close to my house, no muss no fuss. Rented, paid for and they loaded into my vehicle in less than 10 min; return was even easier. 72 hours rec’d for rental and super inexpensive.
Surprised at the large selection of items for rent.
Family owned and managed which is a plus!

I’ve rented tables and chairs for parties from Arrow 2x last summer and plan to use them again this summer for all of my rental needs. It’s a family run business, they allways have what I need, never had any issues with reservations, pick ups or returns. The customer service is good. Not over the top friendly and outgoing, but definitly not rude in anyway. They take care of business. We also plan on using them for equipment rentals for yard work as needed. Did I mention they are the best value around? compared to the big party rental places… the price is right, little hassle, no fancy contracts. Very easy to do business with.

Great place to rent pretty much anything. Since 1955, Arrow has been renting to sacramento.
I rented some chairs and an out door heater, service was really good, heater saved the party and when I returned all the items, they came running out, took care of everything, just had to sign paper work and I was on my way, fast, really fast. Thanks guys, can’t wait to rent from them for the next event.

I rented a generator. Good Price​.My credit card company was holding my deposit. Sam faxed them and got it cleared. Sam‘s the Man!
