Auto Express

I bought an ’07 fusion from here a few weeks ago. I had a great experience with this dealer! I went to several used car lots before this one and couldn’t stomach doing business with any of them. I’m so glad I decided to come to auto express. My credit is… Challenged right now. Regardless, they had me driving off the lot in the car I wanted within an hour. They even worked with me with the down payment and allowed me to split it since I was a couple hundred short. When I called just now needing an extension on the due date, they did it for me no problem. GREAT customer service. I can’t for the life of me remember their names. But both men that helped me were very professional and made the whole process extremely easy. Sure they’re in the business of selling cars and making a substantial profit. But I didn’t get the feel that they were scam artists like every other used car dealer I went to. They didn’t charge a bunch of extra fees, every car there had a clean title, and they listen to what YOU want. In regards to my car, so far so good. No problems whatsoever. I would recommend this place to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.
