I have come her a few times now for the boss man to drop off and pick up a trophy that he wanted engraved.
The store isn’t located in the best (or worst!) part of town, so the store is behind a big black metal fence that they have open during business hours. It’s ok though because the store itself feels very safe.
When I walked in for the first time I was overcome with all the items they had on display as examples of what you can have engraved. Trophies of every shape and size, keychains, water bottles, phone cases, ribbons, wall signs, desk plates, metals, plaques, awards, etc. I had no idea they did anything more than trophies!
The inside of the store is rather large and I was instantly transported back to 1984 with the wood paneled walls (which I LOVE)
I was immediately helped by a lady named
Valerie who helped me pick out the perfect size plaque for the trophy and was very helpful with her suggestions as to what to put on it. It ended up being $ 2.00 for the plaque and $ 12.50 to have it engraved.
I dropped the trophy off on Wednesday afternoon and received a call from Valerie Friday morning letting me know it was ready!
Both times I have come to the store there have been one or two other people dropping stuff off or picking stuff up so it seems like a popular place! I will definitely come back whenever we need the trophy engraved again.

I needed to have a music box engraved in Ukrainian for my grandmother’s birthday. On the phone they told me this wouldn’t be a problem, however when I came to the store they printed out a russian alphabet that was missing two letters and told me that «those were the only letters they could do.» The only solution was to have it lasered on or novochromed, both of which do not look nearly as nice as the engraving. They also told me it would cost $ 20, but it ended up being over $ 30. I would recommend going to a different place, particularly one that is not so ignorant of other languages, especially ones they clearly do not know.

I needed same day engraving on some tankards I had bought as gifts. They managed to get it done on time, and at a pretty good price. The advice given was excellent and the service was top notch.

Have used them many times — small, locally owned awards shop that does trophies, engraving, plaques, etc.
they are always fast and friendly, and their prices are very reasonable. Plus, I like that they do it all in-​house, and they don’t have to send stuff out like most companies do.
