Our floral business was first established in downtown San Francisco in 1995. We are very happy to be in Downtown Sacramento!

Vicky M.

Business Owner

As owner and head floral designer of BELLA BLOOM, Vicky Marco offers her experience and exceptional service along with her refreshing creativity and style. Her 18 years of floral experience began while working in sales at the San Francisco Flower Mart, which has contributed to her extensive knowledge of variety, availability and QUALITY of flowers. While working at the Flower Mart, she completed her undergraduate degree in Business at SFSU as well as the reputable floral design program at City College of San Francisco. She owned a successful retail floral shop in downtown San Francisco (est. 1995), prior to relocating to the Sacramento area.

Vicky not only ‘knows’ flowers, she has a great passion for flowers. Over the years, she’s been able to express this passion creatively through her designs. Vicky enjoys keeping up with the trends in floral design which keeps her designs ‘fresh’ and loves creating designs that are not only elegant but artistic, even in the simplest form.

Nice to have one less thing to worry about with all that is involved in planning a wedding. I felt comfortable trusting Vicky with providing the design and vision I was looking for. The lilies were gorgeous and the color combinations worked out beautifully.
A special thanks again for organizing the welcome table with guest cards etc, thanks a million!
Will continue to refer Vicky to friends and fam.

Vicky at Bella Bloom Flowers is amazing and my husband and I could not have been more pleased with her work! The flowers were beautiful and our guests still reminisce about the centerpieces they got to take home after the wedding reception. She has amazing ideas and knows exactly what you are looking for. She went above and beyond to with our flowers and showed us many options with design books, Pinterest photos and so much more. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly, and talented florist. I would highly recommend using her.

Vicky prepared the flowers for our wedding earlier this month and it turned out beautiful! I could not have been happier with how everything looked for our ceremony and reception. I had a general idea of how I wanted our wedding flowers to look and Vicky came up with the fantastic idea of incorporating several shades of our wedding color and the end result blew my mind!

Vicky was awesome, and I loved the flowers. We hired her to do all the bouquets, corsages, center pieces, and decorative flowers for our wedding. Everything was beautiful the day of, and I was very happy. I really loved the centerpieces, which were all different for each table based on our personalized sterling silver containers. My favorite part was the flower head piece, so gorgeous.
There were a couple times that she was not quickly responsive and late to appointments, but I know wedding season can be very hectic. I also was a little unhappy with the flowers on the aisle– was supposed to be dense rose petals and was not as dense as I expected based on the photos we looked at and agreed on. Nothing that would prevent me from using her or recommending her services.
Plus I want to say a special thank you for helping out when one of our other vendors screwed up on the candle holders and other things. She really had a vision and executed it. Thank you!

Got married last Saturday (November 2014) Vicky did our flowers and they were beautiful. We met with Vicky two times and she sent us an email promptly after the first meeting detailing everything and pricing it all out. The price was great and she was super friendly so we went for it and hired her. Out second meeting was about 6 or 8 weeks before the wedding and we simply reviewed the details and on the wedding morning she delivered everything and it was more than I could have ever expected! Everyone loved their flowers!
I highly recommend her!

Vicky was so fun to work with on our wedding florals! She was warm, easy going, and had great ideas. The flowers were probably the one décor detail I was looking forward to seeing the most and Vicky nailed them. She took my inspiration pictures and really worked her magic. Vicky was very nice and our flowers were beautiful (this is the 3 stars) but overall service, professionalism and organization was very very very poor… like a one star only. We had consultation meeting, hired her on the spot because she was nice, price was comparable to others and flowers gorgeous! During the meeting we went over all details and then didn’t hear again from Vicky until 3 weeks before our wedding (we booked several months in advance as you are told to do by every website and bride magazine. when we finally heard from her she said she had computer problems, which I understood graciously and offered to provide all our order info again. She sent our order from the first meeting which she clearly was making up based on memory. I nicely provided the updated and correct info, knowing she had a computer glitch, which she then sent back wrong to me 2 more times. The Friday before our wedding she called at 4pm wanting all of the names of the wedding party to label all of the flowers. Being at rehearsal I told her not to worry about it. Our boutonnières were not correct even after re-​sending her the info several times and had the wrong color accent flowers, but what can you do the day of but roll with it. But again, all of the other flowers were still very beautiful:) and my bouquet was exactly as I envisioned.

Vicky and the staff of Bella Bloom are absolutely Fantastic! I am going to miss my daily emails with Vicky. She really worked with me to bring to life every single detail for my wedding. I can not thank her enough. Even things she didn’t have or I thought wouldn’t work, she made work! I loved her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to her client. Vicky did a fabulous job on the flowers for our wedding! We had peonies and succulents. I gave her a picture of what I wanted for my bouquet and she copied it perfectly. She also did a great job on the flowers decorating the alter, the centerpieces and the personal flowers. She was timely and professional. I highly recommend her.

Vicky did my wedding last year and we had a really great experience working with her.
Off the bat, the flowers were gorgeous and they looked great. Vicky was very friendly and I would really like to give them 5 stars… I would. I only had a couple complaints.
I realize this sounds frivolous, but I had specifically stated in my requests that I didn’t want orange lilies in my altar flowers. That is exactly what we got. They looked great and no one knew but me… but it wasn’t right.
One more TEENY thing… the ribbon on my bouquet was the wrong color orange. Huge to a bride, but no one else noticed.
Even with those small things, I would absolutely recommend Bella Bloom. We worked well together and Vicky worked easily within my budget. She was very accommodating and friendly.

Vicky provided the flowers for our daughter’s wedding last weekend at the Old Sugar Mill. The wedding party flowers were perfect, & the centerpieces magnificent! Working with her was soooo easy; she took care of many steps that certainly relieved me of some pressures! Her prices are more than reasonable for the product and the service she provides. I would recommend her, as well as use her again, for any occasion!

Vicky provided flowers for my daughter’s wedding on May 26, 2012. The flowers were so beautiful. The bouquets were gorgeous and the centerpieces were a work of art. When my husband used to work downtown, his work used to order flower arrangements from this place. Then he ordered flowers for me and we’ve been loyal customers since! Bella Bloom did our beautiful flowers for our wedding!
Vicky was very nice and easy to work with and really did a great job making everything look EXACTLY how we dreamed it to be! Also, the price we paid was reasonable and Vicky helped us stay within budget without sacrificing quality!
Sadly Bella Bloom no longer does individual orders (I always LOVED it when my husband got me flowers here) and now only does events. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’ll come back in the future!

Bella Bloom Flowers is wonderful. I would never go anywhere else for flowers. The arrangements are always beautiful– full of fresh, vibrant flowers that last a long time.
Vicky is wonderful to work with. She’s made some special arrangements for me and also went out of her way to pick up mistletoe when I requested it for a party during the holiday season.
I had Bella Bloom flowers make a special arrangement for my mother’s birthday. It was delivered to the restaurant so it would be at the table when we arrived for dinner. The arrangement was perfect and beautiful. Other diners would walk by the table and actually do a double take to look at the flowers. It was that pretty.
I would highly recomend using Bella Bloom for any of your flower needs! There are a couple of differents florists in the area, but Bella Bloom should be your go-​to florist. Bella Bloom and Vicky are great– the arrangements are always fresh, plentiful, well styled, and beautiful. Vicky and the staff at Bella Bloom are also wonderful to work with– they go out of their way to help fill your order and get any special flowers you want.
UPDATE: I got another arrangment from Bella Bloom. This time it was for myself. The flowers were absolutely stunning and are still looking beautiful– it’s been over a week! As long as I live in Sacramento I will always use Bella Bloom– they are by far the best florist shop in town!!!

I absolutely loved Vicky and wished she was involved in more aspects of my wedding, she helped with ideas and just rocked with her designs and creativity. She worked with me and my small budget, and my flowers still looked awesome! I love how hands on she was, she was like me as far as not timely in response, but when she did, it was really thorough!

On the rare occasion I actually buy flowers, this proved to be an excellent choice. The owner was very nice. I showed up 5 minutes after closing time on a Friday, knocked on the door, she let me in and even gave me a couple of extra flowers for free. I’m not particularly flower savvy, but I do appreciate good service. So 5 stars all around.
Also, the store had some nice letterpress cards and various flower paraphernalia.
