Recently, a rodent got in my house after leaving my side door open overnight and I called this place to consult with a specialist. I was so glad to have spoken to Lonnie regarding my issues. Two months ago I moved into my house and quickly discovered I had «pets» in the attic. I would hear them every morning running around. I called Lonnie and explained my situation. He explained what he does on the phone and in an hour, he was able to come to my house. He put some bait in the attic and also in the kitchen. He gave me tips on how to plug holes around the house so that rats cant get in. He told me to call him after a few days if I still hear noise which i did but i hesitated calling him thinking the baits did not work and what else can he do even if i called him? A week later, he called me to check on my rat problem but I was on vacation so I told him I would call him back when I get home if I still hear noise in the attic. Just spoke with Lonnie on the phone. I have a rodent problem confined to an enclosed outdoor patio. Had called a few places to get quotes on extermination. Lonnie, instead of giving me a quote, gave me advice on how to try to get rid of them without extermination first. He explained to me that the dog food we had outdoors was what was attracting the rodents. He advised me to get a metal trash can to store food and bring the dogs food bowl in every night around five o clock. Then to wash the floors to get rid of the smell to discourage the rats. He said that taking those steps may fix the problem all by itself and if after I took those steps and the problem persisted to give him a call. He could have easily just given me a price, but instead he helped me. Thank you!

Lonnie is the man! We had an issue with rats in the walls and had him come out. He placed bait in the attic as well as underneath the house. He let us know that after 10 days if we still had an issue to call him. Our rat issue vanished, we were able to sleep without hearing them in the walls. About a week ago we heard sounds in the wall again. So I called Lonnie and he came back within the hour of my call. He set bait again and even though it was past the 30 day guarantee he DID NOT CHARGE US! I highly recommend Lonnie and Best Price Pest Control to anybody that has a pest issue. He’s very knowledgeable and very helpful. Five star service indeed.

We had a serious black widow problem over the summer. We called Lonnie and he was available to
come out the next day. He was super nice, knowledgable and the best part is we haven’t seen a live black widow in months! Great price and customer service!

AWESOME! After finding a bunch of big, ugly Black Widows in the back yard and in the garage last night, I got up first thing today and started looking for someone to come take care of it – NOW!
I called several of the «major» pest control companies. They either couldn’t even give me a price until they came out to do an estimate (earliest I could get even just the estimate was tomorrow, and then lord knows how long before they actually did the work) OR they insisted that I sign up for recurring service, which I didn’t want.
So, I took to Unilocal and found, among others, Best Price Pest Control. Never heard of ‘em before, but the reviews were all good, so I decided to give it a shot. I called and got a price quote right over the phone. Then he said he could be on his way over in 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES!
He came, he saw, he kicked the spiders’ ass! I couldn’t be happier. Now, if I walk out into the yard and find it crawling in Black Widows again tomorrow, I would have to come back and amend my review. But for now I’m going with the benefit of the doubt and if there’s no edit later you can assume all is well.

It has been a month and I haven’t seen any ants. Very happy about that! Thanks again Lonnie!

Called and left a message with the receptionist and got a call back about half and hour from Lonnie. I explained my situation with rats in my parents home. I’ve been trying to convince my stubborn dad to get an exterminator to come out to make sure his rats are all gone, plug up holes, etc. There’s been no evidence for a couple months but I offered to even pay for it myself, just for peace of mind. Lonnie gave me some advice over the phone of what to look for but in the end actually recommended against hiring him at this time as it would be a waste of money for me. This was much to my surprise. I was actually really looking forward to paying any company to just come out to check. But he was able to convince me that it was not needed. He is an honest business owner that is truly worthy of his high ratings on Unilocal

Ok so I called to get a quote for a one time service and a day later some guy called me back. I don’t know if it was the owner or not. Their pricing so far is the cheapest but because of the way he was talking to me, he won’t be getting my business. He was in his car so the background noise was very loud. When he asked me if I had any dogs I couldn’t hear him so he rudely BARKED like dog several times like I didn’t understand his question. He sounded hostile and condescending. Maybe this company should train someone in the office on pricing so their customers won’t have to wait a day to find out from someone who is rude and unprofessional.
The owner Lonnie did call back and apologized. He sounded sincere so our convo was a misunderstanding. I retract my negative review.

I have been waiting for the day I got to write a positive review for this industry. After spending over $ 1800.00 on plugging holes in my house, traps and other rat company «guarantees», Lonnie and his company were the ONLY ones to clear my rat problem.
How did they do it? Bait … pure and simple. At first, I was jaded on bait because we had animals, I was told they would die and smell, etc. Come to find out EVERY other company (read my reviews of a company that did me wrong) simply tell you that plugging holes is the only way to remove rats.
They tell you this because it is the most profitable work for the exterminator. If you chase holes in your house, you will lose. Of course, plug the obvious, then call Lonnie. These guys are truly honest, good people. Thanks to Lonnie, my wife won’t move out!

I had an ant problem infesting a dead tree in my backyard, I called Friday to set up service, got a response very quickly, and was able to get my yard sprayed the following day. Lonnie was super helpful explaining the process and the chemicals being used, how long it would take to dry, and was in and out — spraying my entire yard and perimeter of my house — in 20 minutes.

We had a major and problem outside and inside. The price is amazing and he did a great job inside and out. The ants were dead when we returned home and I am so thankful! Great service and affordable! So glad I invested in this for the next year because it’s a great piece. of mind and worth every penny. I recommend trying this is your having any pest issues.

Lonnie is absolutely on the ball! We’re Realtors with a property that has severe «dead rodent» odor coming from who knows where. The house is very full of belongings and impossible to locate exact source of smell at this time. But obviously it’s something in the decay process and will eventually pass and once home is vacant we’ll be successful in locating & eradicating.
Lonnie was extremely honest & explained he could but really didn’t feel good about charging us hourly to «move furniture & boxes» to attempt to locate source w/​no guarantee of locating or «plan B» which was to provide us with a Product to rid the odor while in the decay process. Making living there & making the day to day business at hand acceptable. Lonnie never wavered! He came up with a great AFFORDABLE plan & exchanged 5 calls to assure we were making progress. He still wants to remain involved to see it thru. No other company in town that we called would even assist us with a solution, but fortunately 2 did recommend Lonnie at BEST PRICE. Really, that worked out best for us because who knows how much any of the others would have charged us hourly$$$ to move furniture & boxes and still possibly not able to locate the source in a very full home; leaving us where we began with the odor, and $$$ out of pocket. We can give Lonnie a glowing recommendation without question. Great service! Great human being!

I moved into a new house and found out I had a rat problem in my attic. I would hear the animals run around. I called Lonnie and he came out the same day to take care of the pest problems. The movements in the attic reduced, but I still heard noise. I called Lonnie again and he came out right away to check and put more bait. It turns out I had alot more rats than I thought. I had put some traps up there myself and forgot about them. I started to smell a foul smell and asked if he could come out and check. He didn’t even hesitate and it turns out my traps caught some animals and that caused the foul smell. He was never in doubt and would come as soon as he had an opening. I would recommend him to anyone his prices are reasonable and he really cares. Best customer service I have had in a while.

Help, Rats! Lonnie from this company was fast efficient and even came out on Sunday! Reasonable rates and excellent work. Good advice for pest proofing in the future. I highly recommend this company. They did such a great job and were so personable. We miss seeing Lonnie!

Lonnie is great! I had a rodent problem and he came out right away and returned a few times to check on the progress and make sure I had more bait. Best thing is that the rodents are GONE! He is super knowledgeable and the prices are great. Don’t trust those companies that try and get you to do a 30-​day trapping program; for a fraction of the cost Best Price Pest Control will get rid of any problem! I know I sound like a commercial but I am really happy the rodents are gone, REALLY!

Called in to get a quote on a flea treatment for my home and yard. I was throughly impressed with their help. They asked me important questions regarding my home which allowed them to see if they could be of service (instead of signing me up right there on the spot). I have a rental home in Sacramento and my tenants complained of wasp nests around the home. Lonnie gave me an estimate of $ 115 for a one time service with a 30 day guarantee. (Keep in mind that his estimates are based on the size of the home)
The estimate and appt was completed verbally. My tenants did not have to be home during the time Lonnie sprayed. He mailed me a bill and I paid with a check.
No fuss, quick, and great customer service. I’d use Best Price Pest Control again in the future.
