History

Established in 2001.

After working in one of big box gyms Bodywise human performance institute was established to look at wellness and fitness in a different perspective. Working on personal and group training in a dynamic fashion based on day to day activities. We move away from looking at making money but taking people first, their needs and focus on one goal, customer satisfaction. We figured that people need more than workouts but also focusing on their overall well-being, of cause we not only work on physical transformation, Bodywise looks into such things like chronic pain, fast-twitch muscle fiber development, coordination, metabolism, stress management, fat and inches loss, just to name but a few things that are not really focused on in depth at big box gyms. We wanted to creat a place where minds and spirits can change. At Bodywise human performance it’s all about total fitness in your own space and your trainer.
