BEST DJ IN THE WORLD PERIOD! hired him for my wedding Sukhi Rocked the dance floor no one stopped dancing.
I have been to partys where RDB or bally sago, and even dj sanj were djing this dj beats them all.
you just tell him your kind of music and he will take it from there. I didn’t even have time to give him a playlist. i just said upbeat music… he did the rest.
the lighting and the tv screens were awesome as well…

First and foremost, I’d like to thank Sukhi for everything. He was super patient through the preparation, planning, and execution. I’ll admit, I’m pretty OCD when it comes to what I want– and he completely delivered and exceeded my expectations. During the event, while it was only background music, I bothered him to make sure he’d be able to get the crowd on the dance floor when the time comes. He replied with a smile telling me to relax and enjoy myself– and later on when he started spinning, the dance floor was instantly crowded and full of energy. His set up and lighting was absolutely amazing, and having been around for a long time he really knows how to treat his clients. My dad isn’t one to go out of his way to compliment a vendor 3 days later, but he specifically told me he loved Sukhis energy and attitude in how he dealt with him. He had a smile on his face the entire night, and was very accommodating and professional. I also had a performer brought in, Sukhi handled all logistics, contract, everything… and they both killed it together. Look no further than Sukhi and the BPR crew for your events, whether it be for a complete package including lighting, décor, and a performer– or just for his DJ services. The hall went from looking elegant and formal to looking like a club as soon as his lighting took over once dancing started, we were truly blown away. Thanks again Sukhi, I look forward to working with you in the future.

It was my first time working with Sukhi, which is why I was so blown away. I’ve held many events in the past– from sweet 16s to my parents 25^th anniversary party and sisters engagement party last year… and must say I’ve never experience this level of service. Not to mention he was completely in synch with both Bollywood and Punjabi music. I forgot to touch on this part in the first part of my review, but this is a big deal to me. Our crowd dabbles in both, and a lot of the times a DJ is only good at one or the other– these days mainly punjabi music. He was a master at both and completely knows how to feel out a crowd and play what makes them move. I felt this was important to add as a lot of people look for this specifically and are always worried about if the DJ would be able to cater to a Bollywood crowd… don’t even think twice when it comes to Sukhi.

Sukhi was amazing at our wedding. He kept the party going at the Sangeet & Reception with all the young people and the aunties & uncles. He was able to mix great Bollywood, Bhangra and Western music. He was AMAZING at accommodating our western music tastes and going deeper than the top 40 most Indian DJs play. Awesome work, professional service and he set the party of FIRE!

I’m honestly really surprised to see negative reviews.
Sukhi DJ’d my wedding this past weekend at Arden Hills Resort. I had a Persian-​Punjabi reception and he was able to seamlessly blend music from both cultures. I received countless compliments on the DJ and the music from both Persian and Punjabi people.
He was very professional and responded quickly to emails. He played every song that I had emailed during my ceremony and reception. I had uploaded around 30 Persian songs on google drive and he was able to incorporate most of them. I had provided a detailed timeline of when I wanted certain songs played and he delivered on that aspect as well.
Sukhi visited the venue with me twice before the wedding and did a great job with the lighting. I also had Sukhi MC my wedding and he did a phenomenal job keeping the party on the timeline I provided. He learned to pronounce the entire bridal party’s names before the grand entrance and he was truly a huge help to me on the mic.
I also appreciated how quickly he would change the song when he noticed people leaving the dance floor or slowing down. He really did do an amazing job. Both families are incredibly happy to have booked with Sukhi and my husband loved the 10 minute hip-​hop session.

I have known Sukhi for 25+ years. Sukhi has so much experience in keeping a party going and going and going!!! «One more song, one more song» as the crowd always shouts at the end up the night. Now that should tell you something!!! Everyone is always on the dance floor and don’t want the night to end because of the great talent he has.
When I was getting married last year I had no doubt he was going to be the DJ. I had a Punjabi/​Catholic wedding. Very multicultural crowd at our wedding/​reception. At my reception BPR Crew rocked it, did such an amazing job. They played Punjabi, Hip Hop, Arabic music it mixed so well together.
Everyone was on the dance floor. Everyone had a blast and that is all that matters. He made that possible for us.
All my guest had an amazing time dancing all night!!! I still hear what an awesome time my guest had at my party til this day. I would highly recommend BPR Crew to anyone and I promise you will not be disappointed!!! Sukhi is one the greatest DJ’s I have ever met. I met Sukhi in 2009 at a friends reception and ever since then I have liked the way he can light up the room with his skills and great team. I would recommend him to all my family and friends as I would want them to hire someone that would be worth all their efforts and money. As a person Sukhi is one of the nicest individuals I have met. He honestly cares to make his customers happy. Goes out of his way to make sure they have everything they have ever dreamed of. Thanks to Sukhi I had greatest time at my reception this past August! Sukhi of BPR Crew has done multiple events for our family starting over 8 years ago for my reception to as recent as 3 weeks ago for my brother’s reception. Each event was professionally done. The music and lighting was awesome. The Dance floor was never empty. He is the best DJ in north america. I would recommend him without hesitation.

The BPR Crew/​Sukhi did do a good job at my wedding reception and sangeet. The crowd enjoyed it and the dance floor was packed. Sukhi was a very responsive through the whole process. However unless you only want punjabi music played the whole time then they are not the dj group for you.
I was a very accommodating bride and always responded to my vendors in a timely manor. I provided access to my google doc way in advance. So every step of the way I feel it was there responsibility to check it. google docs is a simple tool to use so all my music was constantly updated along with a detailed timeline of both events. It sucks that the type of music that I wanted at my wedding was not played. What sucks even more is that at my own reception I went up to Sukhi and requested a song and he didn’t play it. Instead he announced another song that was on the list and said this is a special request from the bride. I understand that the song I wanted wasn’t a cool song but it hurt that they didn’t play what I the person paying them wanted. Not playing my playlist was disappointing because it was such a simple request from a client.
The only reason I’m not giving the Bpr Crew a 1 star because they did do a good job setting up and keeping the dance floor packed. My advice to you guys is listen to what the clients want. Even if my guests/​cousins were trying to get you to play all punjabi remember that I was the one paying you for a service and that was not fare to me.

My wife and I had them for our wedding recently in LA and these guys were awesome. My wife sent Sukhi an email with all songs we wanted played during the introductions, first dance, and cake song, and it all went perfect. We even requested a dance off between both families a couple of days before the reception and they were able to set it up and they rocked it. We even sent them pictures to post on their projectors and LCD tvs the DAY OF THE EVENT and they executed it perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a punjabi DJ. They know how to read the crowd, keep both punjabi and western guests happy, and keep the party going.
I don’t know what happened with the people below my post, but they were awesome for our event.

We had the EXACT same experience as Aarti J. BPR crew was terrible and we want to save as many bride/​grooms as possible from experiencing their unprofessional, terrible services. In a nutshell
— Did NOT play music from the detailed play lists we gave them
— played the EXACT same music for our Sangeet and our Reception (we asked for more indian songs at sangeet, more western for reception)
— EXTREMELY unprofessional– tried to leave early
— Sukhi (the owner or coordinator) — is very DECEPTIVE– promised SO much more than the delivered
— do NOT do lighting through them– their aesthetics are very outdated/​tacky
— they have no idea how to play music other than bhangra or rap
— I asked them to provide me with a remix– THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO REMIX– terrible terrible DJs
I understand that weddings aren’t always perfect, and I am a fairly mild mannered person– but this DJ service was the THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT OF OUR ENTIRE WEDDING
Please do not hire them– spend extra money, spend extra time– but find SOMEONE ELSE

I wish we had never booked them for our wedding reception. It took me a while to get over my anger to write this review. Bottom line is that they are unorganized, incompetent, and overpriced. The MC ruined the grand entrance by stating all the bridal party names wrong and he kept calling my parents when they were already out there. I told Sukhi (the owner, I assume) that I only wanted the dhol players to play when the bridal party came out. I did not want them to play while the song that my husband and I walked out to, but they continued to play. It was an English song and it sounded terrible over music. Also, I spent a long time coming up with a song list that I emailed to Sukhi. I believe only one or two of those songs were played. I wanted music from different genres and music that had meaning to us and our friends, but it seemed like all he had was Punjabi music and ghetto rap songs. Mind you that we are not Punjabi. Most of our guests were South Indian and American. I never imaged Tupac’s «Hail Mary» to be played at my wedding. Luckily, the guests who were dancing were drunk and didn’t care what was playing at that point. They also messed up the music while the professional dancer was performing. BPR crew’s DJ service was very embarrassing. Especially since these were the things our guests told us about the DJ. We spent two years planning our night with our wedding planner and it was ruined because of the unorganized and incompetent services of BPR crew.
We were also very upset that Sukhi never showed up. We kept asking him and he kept assuring us before the wedding that he will be there, then the day before he says he will be going back in forth from our event and another event in Natomas, but he actually never showed up to our event. Instead, he sent people that barely spoke any English. We went for BPR crew and paid $ 2700 for their services because we thought they could provide superior service. I feel they were not worth the money we spent and we could have gotten better service for way cheaper from any other Indian DJ. The problem with Sukhi is he only cares about collecting your money. He never once asked us what type of music we listen to, what type of crowd will be there, or how we wanted the vibe for the night. When I spoke to him about my concerns he kept saying «don’t worry.»
I strongly suggest doing some research before you pick a DJ for your event. I didn’t know this until the wedding, but the DJ has a big part on the tone and atmosphere of your event. They are basically the conductors for the night. Anyway if you want a ghetto, fobby, unorganized event book BPR Crew.
