Bullet Audio

I have a sunroof that was not opening at all. I took my car over to Bullet, they were great. Fixed my sunroof in a timely manner. Everyone is very nice and professional. Would recommend them for your sunroof, car leather or audio needs.

I’ve been calling around trying to get a good price on installing a sun roof for my 2015 charger. I called this pace and they gave me the best price so far. I gave them 5 stars on the price quote and the politeness of the young lady that answered the phone. I’m going to put my deposit down next week to make my appointment so once I get everything installed I will add on to my review and adjust my review based on the actual work and experience I received.

I’m interested as to why there haven’t been any reviews for this shop thus far. This is my first complete write up, so I guess it’s only fitting that I’m doing it for Bullet Audio.
I’ve been trying to get a Backup Camera installed on my Subaru BRZ which proved more difficult than expected. I contacted the Subaru Dealership nearest to my house to see if they would be able to help but to no avail. What they were able to do was give me the contact information for Bullet Audio (which in hindsight was the best thing they could do).
I gave Bullet a call and they took a couple of tries to get through to (to be fair it was around the holiday season, and it’s easy enough to just leave a message). When I got through, I spoke to Justin. I let him know that I had already had a Camera that I had purchased elsewhere and was looking for help with the installation. He was easy to talk to, and was upfront with what he needed to do.
I came in a week later at around 8am and everyone at the shop already seemed hard at work. Justin took the time to check out the camera I brought in, and we looked over the car to ensure the best placement for the unit. He promised to have it done within an hour and a half.
I decided to just wait at the shop’s showroom during the installation. It’s a bit small, and also shares space with the receptionists area, but definitely nothing wrong with it. They have a TV with Netflix for anyone that’s waiting around, as well as Free WiFi. Justin came in every once in a while to ask questions about how I wanted things setup and to give quick updates and despite having to speak with other customers he had everything done a bit early!
All in all, I’ve very satisfied with the quality of work from the folks at Bullet Audio — they’re fast, friendly, honest, and get the job done right. They seem to offer a wide range of services (interior work, sunroof additions, other car electronics, etc.), so if you ever need anything done don’t hesitate to give them a call.
