This place is the perfect example of government workers. They NEVER answer the phone they NEVER call back. They treat you like shit once you find a away to get threw. TAKES them years to get back to you after they take your money. They lie and tell you one thing and another happens. I really would like to name names but being I am still dealing with them I have no doubt, they would make things worse on me I have no idea how being that they are treating me the way they do now but I am sure they would find away. At this point any outcome for me would be amazing I would just like an answer period. Rating this place and these peoples service and care towards the community means nothing because there is no threat to them at all they could give a shit and it shows… I truly didn’t know what people meant by the government until I dealt with The California Bureau of Real Estate, now i get the joke and its NOT funny it should be fixed.

I phoned the Bureau of Real Estate today as I needed some information clarified regarding prerequisite course certification submittal. I was on hold for over thirty minutes.(That was fine, I had been forewarned in the prompts that wait times were that long, so no problem there.) However, once I did finally get a live«Customer Service» agent on the phone, I was extremely disappointed with the impatient and condescending tone of the agent. She spoke very, very quickly and I was having difficulty following her. I had to interrupt her a couple of times, to try to get her to repeat herself, because I had missed what she said, and she reprimanded me for interrupting her. RUDELY reprimanded me. I TRIED to explain to her I had to interrupt her because I wasn’t following her and I didn’t want her to get too terribly down the road, when I wasn’t catching what she was saying from the beginning. Again, she gave me another snotty response. She just sounded like one of those people who was a smart a** who has been getting away with treating people with disrespect on the phone. I had waited for over thirty minutes to get some help, and here I was having to take this crap from this girl! It was a discouraging first impression of the Bureau of Real Estate. Next time I call, I will record my call and upload it, if I get another agent who thinks they can treat the public in this way. And, next time, I will ask for an identifying CSR number or name so I can follow-up with their management. I don’t know about you, but I don’t pay taxes for these agencies/bureaus to employ personnel who abuse the public. By the way, when I ATTEMPTED to tell the young woman her tone was offensive and she needed to mellow out a little, she hung up on me! Don’t let them get away with this! If you are treated with disrespect by this agency, say something!!! Complain!

Excellent customer service! Clean facility! Friendly and knowledgeable security. Ample amount of parking. Easy to find. Close to the freeway and major bus routes!
