C & C Plumbing

This place has apparently gone out of business. I stopped by today after reading good reviews and it’s no more.

This is the Hogwarts of plumbing supplies.
I had been looking for an exact piece for quite some time and was ready to give up. After having no luck with any of the big name places, Home Depot referred me to this place and I thought i’d give it a try.
After being kindly greeted, and within a second of glancing at it, the employee knew the exact piece and fetched a brand new one for me in the back. I had spent numerous hours looking for a replacement piece for the one I needed, and this guy (I wish I remembered his name) got me the exact one within a minute. I was impressed.
The service here is A+. I actually ended up buying a garbage disposal and shower heads while I was here, they had a decent deals.
Needless to say, I will be returning to this place for any plumbing and electrical supply needs. These guys know their stuff.

Attempted to install a new shower faucet and it was not compatible with my old faucet parts. C&C staff knew exactly the part I needed and my faucet works great.

Amidst bath remodel I was advised I neglected to order two necessary components for the shower & tub faucets. I called early, they answered before business hours and had what I needed in stock preventing any delays in my remodel.

The guys are honest and they not there just to make a sale. Highly recommended.

an employee from Home Depot sent me here when I was looking for a part. The guys were helpful and friendly. They found me a part and returned when it was wrong. This place has old fashioned customer service. The best customer service is Sacramento. Please try them first. Tell Mark I sent you.

I went to C & C Plumbing based on a Lowe’s employee telling me that the part I needed would be there. I stopped by on my way home from work and the guy behind the counter was extremely helpful! I showed him what I had already purchased and I told him my problem. He knew exactly what I needed and even offered to lend me his extracting tool to help get the broken piece out. It is hard to find this kind customer service these days!
I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back.

Warning this is not your warehouse store with a guy who has probably never installed a toilet before trying to tell you what you need. I came here for something no one at the «warehouse» stores even knew what I was talking about. They were telling me I had to move my plumbing and spend a ton of money. Come to find out all I needed was a special toilet. So if you find yourself needing a 10″ rough toilet, this is where you can find one in stock! No need to special order. These guys know their stuff and will help you with all your plumbing needs. Come check them out if you want to talk to people who know what they are talking about. They have all those special parts and things you need and have a bunch of cool stuff in here too. This place saved me during my remodel no special order needed they had what I needed and loaded it in my truck. I have to say I love this toilet and its automatic no slam lid.

Had great experience buying a water heater. Steve is the guy that helped me. Gave me good advice for installing, was knowledgable. This will be my store for plumbing needs. No more Home Depot with staff that don’t know much.

These guys were nice but dismissive. I needed some PVC fittings that was not for a plumbing or building project. I just wanted to build a grid to keep my dogs out of my planter of lavender. (I guess they like the smell, like catnip for labs.) Anyway, once I told them what it was for, I got a little attitude. Yea, I know, I’m not a plumber, yea I know building a puppy proof barrier isn’t very manly, but still… I was a customer, I had money to spend, a little respect for my stupidity please. I’m pretty sure they will never read this but I feel better having vented.
