Unless you have 3 months to wait for your tool to get looked at, don’t even bother with considering them for tool repairs! Horrible customer service, poor communication, and deplorable turn-​around times! Seriously, as a plumbing contractor, your tools are a crucial part of your business, who has MONTHS to wait? Not to mention, unless you call them incessantly to check on status, you will not hear from them, this of course is met with a distinctly sour attitude and particularly rude demeanor. STAY AWAY!
