Carl’s Jr.

Went there on a sad Sunday 5pm no customer in sight. Ordered my food saw the two Mexican women in the kitchen prepare it. CROSS CONTAMINATION witness no surprise this place makes people sick don’t go to this Carl’s Jr.

Always been a hit and miss location. Picked up a Western Bacon cheeseburger and fries Wednesday afternoon, had food poisoning a few hours later. Old stale food should have been thrown out but were sold anyway. Never, ever returning to this store.

Fast food workers want 15 $/​hr? How about you learn how to put diet coke in a cup first. Not sure how you confuse Dr Pepper & Diet Coke over a loud speaker. Thanks for lack of a soda for lunch.

I just came from this place twice,
I saw the parking lot empty, so I decided to go through the drive thru, we placed our order and it took a while. The drive thru took so long I had to turn my truck off, and if that wasn’t enough, when I got home I was missing and item and got the wrong order. I decided to drive all the way to Carl’s Jr and an employee met me at the door which I thought was weird. However I explained my order to him and he asked for my receipt I gave him the receipt and food, it took another 15min before I received my food but he said he needed to keep the receipt, at this time I didn’t care but when I got home guess what… the same food I took in was modified to meet my order and I was still missing my fries… never again will I go here and now understand why the parking lot was empty.
whoever was this sunday manager or in charge was probably asleep in the office.

We went through the drive thru, expecting fast service so we could get on with our busy day. What do we get? We can plainly hear the person on the speaker having a conversation with someone else in the middle of our order, resulting in them asking us to repeat it TWICE. We then had to wait for 12 minutes (I time drive thru service, yes) for the car in front of us to get their order, one small bag and a drink. Really? Upon arrival at home, we noticed that instead of no onions, as I clearly said 3 times, there was what had to be extra onion. Completely ridiculous, horrible service. We will not be coming back. At least I got to eat my meal, my girlfriend has an onion allergy and couldn’t eat hers.

I generally think that Carl’s Jr. is one of the best fast food joints. This location for some reason screws up your order, or forgets items virtually every time. Today I ordered the new «All Natural Burger» with no mayo. Ten minutes later the burger showed up soaked in mayo. I brought it back. Ten minutes after that, I took my order to go then discovered it had no mayo, mustard, catsup, onion or lettuce. The bun was also falling apart. Fail.

I was going to this location for the better part of ten years and have had excellent service and exceptional burgers 99% of the time. I moved last year and realize miss tiem. I recently tried another location and
as a result, will drive more than 10 miles

Not going to say much about the food its all the same but there is a difference in the appearance. I ordered a burger that came out looking good, not all sloppy like it was thrown together in the streets (I’ve had fast food rest. that make it look like that). Service was good, meal was good, location is great since I live down the block. No complaints on my book. Only 3 stars because I’ve never sat there to eat so I wouldn’t know the feel of the place and I have not used their bathroom so I wouldn’t know if it was kept up or not. I will go back and if I do sit and eat there and use their bathroom I’ll do a «re-​yelp» for them.

Ordered the teriyaki burger with sweet fries… omg the burger was so juicy and flavorful! The sweet fries were crispy and addicting. Service was speedy and the gentleman working the drive thru was very friendly and patient as I dug for my coupon.

I went to this location last week and went through the drive thru because my family and I were going for a drive to see some family. I ordered some chicken strips and criss cut fries for myself. I was really disappointed it tasted like they have not changed the oil in a while and it effected both of my items. They were just really disappointing. I usually expect better from Carl’s Jr when I do get it but this was not the case this time.

I like this location, it isnt too busy you can get in and out fast. The staff is friendly and they are always willing to help. There are a few «regulars» if you want to call them that. They hang out there often enough I have seen one guy every time I have been there (lunch) If you arent opposed to visiting a bit its fine. If you dont want to then go on the other side of the restaurant and they get the hint. They always have coupons in the mail fliers so take advantage of them, they even have an app for your phone login when your there and spin the wheel (on your phone) and get another deal.

I had the mushroom swiss burger along with some of their hand battered chicken tenders. Not only was the burger delicious, but the chicken tenders were the best I’ve ever had… moist, crunchy, and tender. Make sure you ask for the buffalo sauce as it’s not listed as an option.

It didn’t get all over the place and had no place belonging in my face… The store had a clean appearance and the staff was very polite and courteous. The food was prepared well, but lacked over all flavor. The lot could have used some clean up, but the dining area was presentable.

I have fond memories of this particular store because I had trained and coverted the store to selling the Green Burrito product line many years ago. I arrived in time for breakfast and the crew was very friendly and helpful. They appeared to be running the store smoothly and consistently working. The new country burrito lacked over all flavor, but the food we orded was all prepared well.
