The people who work here hate their jobs and themselves for what they do. They treat their patients accordingly.

This place is extremely unprofessional. It shocks the hell out of me that a clinic that handles this kind of stuff is allowed to operate under such conditions.

The worse experience I have had at any medical facility! Unfortunately this was not my first surgical abortion and I’ve taken steps to be sure it will be my last. I was greeted very rudely from the front desk when I signed in and proceeded to present my billing information. After waiting in a very crowded and not very sanitary waiting room for 2 and a half hours they took me back for the preliminary testing. They took my height and weight and told me that I was 2 inches shorter than I am and when I went to correct the nurse she got defensive and snapped at me, telling me to take it up with my doctor. When they put the blood pressure cuff on it read my pressure as dangerously high, I questioned the technician, she instructed me to «not worry about, this machine hasn’t worked in a long time.» I was shocked by this response and asked if she could take a manual reading but she assured me that it would not be necessary. After all the testing was complete I went to the front desk to pay with cash since they made it very clear when I originally set the appt that they don’t accept checks. The woman at the front desk informed me that they DON’T take cash. Since you can’t drive after the procedure I had arranged for a friend to drop me off and pick me back up. When explained the situation to the receptionist, she told me I would have to walk to the Wal-​Mart down the street the obtain a money order! By this time I am crying as I walk out, past the abusive picketers, and accross the street to the Wells Fargo for a money order. If I could’ve arranged for another day off work I would’ve rescheduled at another facility. When I returned with my money order they had misplaced my file and asked me to sit in the waiting area. Two hours later they located my file and called me back to change into a paper outfit and brought me back to start the IV. Then I was led to a room full of women with IVs in their arms all waiting to be called in for their procedure. One woman told me she had been sitting in that room for an hour and a half while the staff took their lunch break! Herded like cattle we were led in one by one to have the procedure. I can not imagine how an unsanitary and unprofessional facility can legally continue to operate this way. The only other time I had one of these procedures was actually a surprisingly pleasant experience a place called Pregnancy Consultation Center.
