Cooks Collision

Took our car to this place to get an estimate to repair the bumper. We were told that we had to make an appointment. So we made an appointment for the following week. Took the car back and was then told we must have «written the appt time down wrong». They couldn’t give us an estimate at that time. Really? After 10 days and two trips, we still have no estimate. We’ll take our business elsewhere. Lousy on customer service.

I went to three shops to see if they could fix my car and they all said no, but one. The one that did agreed to help me wanted to charge me up the yang in cost. When I went to Cooks Collusion I met Ken Grigg; what a Fabulous man! Not only did he say he could help me, but he also is charging me less than half of what the other gentlemen was. I am so excited, I drop my car off tomorrow to get it fixed. One more thing he also said he could drop me off at work when they take my car because it is not too far from the shop! Thanks Ken for being great!

Cooks has mastered the ancient art of… customer service! I took my brand new X1 offroading, and ended up scratching that beast pretty good. Some of the scratches were down the entire body of the car. Damn, my ride went from baller to ghetto in the matter of one offroad skirmish!
BMW referred me to their paint guy, and they immediately suggested repainting the entire clear coat. Walter at Cooks, on the other hand, suggested first polishing the clear coat. Polishing took care of 99.99% of the scratches — and for 3% of the cost of what BMW’s guy recommended (or higher premiums if I had to file under insurance)

Absolutely amazing. I was in and out of there with incredible ease, everyone was professional, and they are to be commended for setting the bar so high.

Though one would hope you wouldn’t have reason to be a repeat customer at a place like this, sadly a little incident involving a jumper cable fire that damaged my car brought me back :-(But, just like the last time I was here, the service and quality of work were first rate. Was helped by Eric this time around and, just like last time, I was kept up to date via periodic phone calls as to the progress on my repairs. They were completed as promised and when promised. Thank you Eric and Cooks!

I just bought a new car & within 4 days of owning it someone took my side view mirror off in the parking garage at school. So I brought it to Cooks Collision to have an estimate done. Kenneth was so helpful! He pre-​ordered the part & had it painted and ready before I came in to have it replaced, which only took about an hour! Quick, easy, & painless repair! They even washed & vacuumed my car out for me. All of the staff was very friendly. Would definitely bring my car back if needed in the future. Thanks Cooks Collision! :)

Nothing but amazing service from this place. I have gotten repairs done on my car three times here so far, and don’t ever plan on going anywhere else. The staff is always very professional and friendly and gets repairs done in a timely manner. Walter, the estimator in charge of my repairs, was so helpful and did extensive research to give the best price possible. Will definitely be returning when or if something else happens to my car!

Cooks was a great shop! They fixed my car and it looks great. Walter helped me the entire time my car was at the shop. I could of called him 20xs a day but he always had time to fill me in and let me know what the next step was or what they completed on my car. He stayed on top of my insurance company so my car would b completed as quickly as possible. I was recommended by Anthony at another location and couldn’t b happier w the Company over all. Special Thanks to WALTER for going above and beyond knowing how important the matter was to me and for understanding the special bond between a person and their car. It looks better than when I first got it. I’ll b back if I ever need work done again. Hope Walter will b there to answer ALL my silly questions. I’m thrilled to b back in my driver seat !!

Wonderful work! I was referred here from Lexus of Sacramento after someone hit me. Took my car in on Monday and picked it up on Friday. The person who handled my car kept me updated throughout the week. I was nervous about the paint since my color is pretty different but they did a perfect job matching it and my car looks great. Hopefully I don’t have any more accidents but if I have to be back I’ll definitely come here again.

Absolutely seamless process! After an accident I was involved in, the other parties insurance company had Cooks as a participating shop and I’m so glad I chose them.
Customer service was amazing, extremely proficient in updates via email and phone, available at any time if there were any inquiries I had, helped me get situated with the rental car company I was using and it was finished two days earlier than expected. The repairs made the damage look, and perform, as good as new — perfect quality!
