***BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE****
My broker Mylissa LoFranco to be exact deliberately lied to me so she could get her sale! I specifically told her my situation and that I only get paid once a month for work and I needed my payments due at the end of the month.
On January 28th I paid over $ 300 to get this policy started. On Feb 12 I receive a bill for $ 214 that says its due on the 17th. I called to get this extended and cost u less corporate could not fix this situation. They offered to refund me $ 16! Where in the world does that make sense?
Now I am stuck with a $ 200 bill that I DID NOT budget for and the only thing they could do was offer to shop for a new policy which i would then have to pay another deductible to get started. BUYER BEWARE! These people are shady and will do whatever they need to do to get paid– even if that’s lying to people.
