Countertop Designs

Our experience with Countertop Designs was excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way! Jordan helped us in the showroom and spent lots of time showing us various options for our bathroom remodel. The process was easy and our slab was ready faster than I had imagined was possible! The installers were friendly and professional, and the result is a simply perfect quartz countertop. I would NOT go anywhere else — call these guys first!

It isn’t a small deal to complete a kitchen with an excellent counter top. Though prices seem just a drop over the typical, it is worth it due to their extensive knowledge, HUGE range of products, and fantastic professionalism.

Recently had my kitchen and master bathroom vanity completed by Countertop Designs and I LOVE LOVE them. The process was super fast; only 5 days; and everyone was so professional and helpful! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

We had an excellent experience with Countertop Designs. We were looking for a top for our entertainment center. We brought our digital camera with pictures of the colors of what we wanted to match. Jordan, who greeted us, found out our needs and immediately found a remnant piece of granite that had the perfect colors we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was very nice. Instead of looking further as we had planned to, we decided we had found what we wanted. He told us our options and we placed the order. A few days later, Nick and Brian arrived at the designated time to deliver the granite. They carefully placed it where we wanted it, measured it and it took very little time. We are very pleased with the service and product from Countertop Designs.

Just had our new quartz countertops installed by these guys, 60 sq. ft. worth. We arrived for a quote and were greeted by Jordan, who gave us his full attention, answered any and all questions we had, had excellent product and pricing knowledge, and was very nice. He gave us a quote per the drawing I did of our kitchen, and based on the design we selected. He told us he would order the slabs from the manufacturer, and we were on our way.
I removed our old countertops myself, and one of their employees arrived at our house to take an exact template of our kitchen with exact measurements. He was a really nice guy and did quick, flawless work. He also asked questions as to what we needed as far as the most minor details went. Great service from him; I gave him a 6-​pack of beer when he left.
I received a call from Patti, their sales manager, a couple of days later. Apparently the two slabs that were delivered by the manufacturer did not match perfectly, they were a bit off. I get it, it happens, and it is not CD’s fault. Patti informed me that they did not want to install countertops that did not match and that she had already contacted the manufacturer about the issue so that it may be resolved. She had mentioned that our installation date could be pushed back a couple of days. The manufacturer sent three more slabs of the same design to Countertop Designs so that they may match two slabs to be fabricated and installed in our kitchen. Luckily, there was a match. Jordan called me to let me know that they had a match, and that they would be fabricating the slabs the very next day so that we could have install on the original date we had scheduled, rather than the potential later date. CD resolved the issue; AWESOME customer service and great communication.
The installation team came with the pre-​cut slabs to install in our kitchen. They were great, and they were very clean. I gave them each a 6-​pack of beer to take home as well for their efforts.
Our countertops were measured, cut, and installed perfectly, to the smallest detail. I have to look extremely close to our countertops to see any seams between slabs. Any and all countertop services I need in the future, I will be coming to these guys. Best in town; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
