I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the job that Steve with Creative Carpet repair did. We were getting our new baby’s room ready for his arrival when a major accident occurred. A bucket of paint that was being used to paint his room dumped over unbeknownst to us and had ruined a good 2ftX2ft area of our brand new carpet!
Needless to say I was extremely upset. After some research, I wrote Creative Carpet repair who was quick to reply to a message left on their website. I was not home at the time the work was done, but my wife said that Steve was extremely courteous and professional throughout his service at our house. Customer service and courtesy to me are extremely important and are that intangible that set you a apart, especially when you are inviting strangers in to your home.
Anyway, luckily we had an extra large piece of carpet that Steve was able to use to patch the area that was destroyed by the paint spill. I am trying to locate the before picture, but I was shocked (impressed) by the work that he did. You literally cannot see a single seam or see where the patch starts and stops. Our baby’s room was saved and at a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend Creative Carpet to friends and family both for customer service/​professionalism and for workmanship.

We contacted Creative Carpet Repair in the hopes of somewhat patching the area. The appointment was scheduled promptly a after we contacted them. The contractor came out and spent two hours doing a beautiful job. He pulled carpet from one of our closets and patched the area. To the average individual, the seams are invisible. Even as someone who knows where to look, they are extremely well blended and it’s obvious that he took great care when doing his job.
