If you want to be disappointed, let down, and have poor quality nails, go here. Attitude was given when asked to correct. The saddest experience ever on the day of my graduation. So unprofessional and half assed. Should’ve never tried a new place. At least I got my money back.

I had the worst experience here and I absolutely had to write a review. So it was last Thursday and I called ahead to make sure they had time to do a fill and toe color change. So I went in and there were only two ladies working. So the lady sits me down and begins to do my fill. Then another customer walks in requesting a pedicure (no problem). However the lady doing my nails begins to speed up. Before I know if she is rushing to do my fill. She doesn’t shape them, only drills them down. Doesn’t ask if I want them shortened and doesn’t even buff them. So they are not even smooth. So after about 15 minutes (no exaggeration), she slaps on my nail polish and hurries me to a chair. There she takes off my old polish and slaps on the new color in a matter of minutes. Again doesn’t shorten my nails. Then she leaves me there no fan no nothing so she can start on the other customer. Then after 5 minutes she points to the dryers near the entrance and tells me «Go over there and dry your nails if you want.» Lol if I want? There was no customer service and she made me feel like the other customer was more important than me. This is unfortunate because I live so close so this place is convenient and their prices are not bad but with the lack of service I will happily drive a little farther and pay a little more.

This place is dirty. I went in for a manicure, and I had to wait for a few minutes so I watched. The gal who did my manicure picked up her instruments out of the foot bath that the last pedicure client was in — unwashed. I said to her, «Are those washed?» She said yes, but I had watched and knew that they were not washed. She pulled out a box with other instruments in it and used those. The table station was dirty — looked like it had not been wiped down in weeks. The shelf where you put your hands under the nail dryer was very dusty. When she got a hot towel to put on my hands it had a long black hair on it from the last client — I don’t think those towels are cleaned between clients either. The massage was lousy. No one ever asked my name or made any conversation with me except to try to talk me into gel. Although this place is walking distance of my home, I will never go back. If I could give it no stars, I would.

I absolutely will not be back to this place. I went in for a pedicure.
The individual doing my pedicure took the sugar scrub and clay they used on your legs and feet right out of a big pot with the same gloves she used to clean my toes. Which means the product is contaminated with my dead skin as well as anyone else they used that product on before me.
The pedicure was mediocre, she did the bare minimum to clean my nails and scrub the dead skin off my feet. It was $ 30 for blah. And two days later the polish is no longer shiny.
Won’t be back, ever.

DO NOT GO! Horrible!!! They talk smack about you in their language then snicker while they smirk at you. When it comes to your massage during a manicure they slap lotion on your hands and don’t even rub it in. Then when you go to pay they are about 10 dollars more expensive then any nail salon. The salon is very dirty on top of all that. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Charged 30 bucks for a gel manicure that took them less than 10 minutes!

This is the first time, and last time I try this place. I went In with a very simple nail request, I wanted long acrylic nails full set with OPI nail polish. The price on the chart was $ 23. Through out the entire process the woman doing my nails kept pressuring me to pay more. First she said ok I’m going to do fiberglass, I responded with No thank you just what I asked for is fine. Then she said ok I’ll do long nails I’ll charge you $ 5 extra. I have never been charged extra for long nails (by long I mean normal long not something requiring any extra time) I have short nails, what’s the point of getting Fake acrylic nails if I want short nails ??? Anyway I said «ok just do whatever size you would like «whatever is the regular for you. Then she wanted me to get the color In gel version for an extra charge. Again I smiled and said no, what I originally asked for is ok. At this point she had an attitude for not getting her way and was really unfriendly. I just wanted this to be over with. I payed $ 26.00 for nails i didn’t like. I don’t appreciate the heckling for more, constantly

I found a deal on Groupon and called to see if they had any appointments available the same day and they were very accommodating!
When I arrived, it was really busy so I’m not sure if they didn’t hear me come in or not because I stood there for a good 30 seconds before anyone noticed and asked me what I came in for. I let them know I had an appointment for a gel mani/​pedi and within a few minutes of having picked my toe color they got the water started for me! I appreciate that they understand that appointments should have priority over walk ins.
The pedicure was a little expensive for what you get, in my opinion. I felt like the lady who was doing my toe nails was trying to rush through getting my nails done. and the whole pedicure experience in general was just very mediocre. I have paid less for a pedi and gotten much better service. Meh!
My gel manicure was just mediocre as well. I tend to like my nails squared, but they were filed into sort of a round square?! It’s not that big of a deal (because nails grow, yay), but I generally appreciate it when nail techs ask me how I like my nails shaped before they start filing away. Also, the girl wasn’t paying attention and filed the skin on my pinky instead of the nail so that hurt a bit /​: Again, I’ve had a much better experience elsewhere. However, I have to say that I can’t really complain much because the Groupon deal is definitely worth it if you’re looking to get a gel mani!
Update 3÷6÷2015
I had to subtract one star because I have never had shellac nails chip within one day of having them. It has barely been a full week and there are so many cracks and chips on my nails it’s almost like I got a regular manicure. This has never happened to me before. And I’m definitely not happy because I paid $ 5 extra for white tips. /​: sorry but notttttt coming baaackkkk

I do not know why I even bother coming back to the place, I keep giving them chances, but they suck. I came in at 3 pm to get a gel manicure. She sat me down and then someone walked in and said they had an appointment. She told me she had to help the other person and so I decided to make an appointment for 4 an hour later. I hate their pedicures so I decided to go to Golden Salon and Spa down the street. I come back with my sister and the lady who scheduled an appointment with me at 4 was helping someone else and I did not see her tell the other lady «hey…she made an appointment, I have to help her,» like she told me. Then when I walked in I was not even greeted and another guy walked in asking for an eyebrow wax and they tell him it will be five minutes when my sister and I got there first and were waiting longer. I said f**k it and my sister and I both left to Golden Salon Spa. Better service and customer service. As we walked out, I heard a chubby lady worker with short hair and who has no Asian accent laughing as we were walking out. Money hungry and rude! Do not go here!!!

You get what you pay for with the groupon here. I felt rushed and part of a factory as she worked on my nails, others, and answered the phone. It definitely wasn’t a pampering experience. The nails look fine. Just wouldn’t go back and pay full price ever.

Love my nails, they’re exactly what I wanted! Tracy was my nail lady. I’ve been to a lot of nail shops here in Natomas and all of them are just over priced and don’t listen to what you want. Normally I don’t like to tell them if I don’t like it, I just keep quite cause I don’t want to make it tense but Tracy made me feel so comfortable I was able to tell her how I wanted them and when to add or remove something. It was honestly a great experience and can’t wait to go back! Price was great! Customer service great! & atmosphere great! 5 stars!

I’ve been in this nail salon multiple times. Diane does a great job. A couple of times I have shown her a picture of a design I liked and she was able to replicate it nicely. At other salons I’ve had issues with the gel manicure peeling/​chipping within a couple of days but have not had that problem here. I will definitely be returning.

I went here because of a groupon and you know what, it was the best experience ever! Miranda was the one to do my nails and she was the coolest, funniest person ever! I was entertained throughout the whole time she was doing my nails. If you want designs, and I mean drawings like minions or Mickey Mouse, she is the lady to go to! And I promise you, you won’t regret it!

I came with a groupon and got a beautiful french manicure done. The nails are truly a work of art, the best I’ve ever had done anywhere. But what I really wanted to write about is something different.
I took off my wedding ring and placed it on my lap during the mani (that was dumb of me, I know). When I got home, I realized that I forgot my ring at the salon. I started panicking and called them, but they were already closed. The next morning I called them, and the girl who did my mani picked up. I told her I forgot my ring at the salon, and she said, «Oh yeah, you left it on the chair and I found it after you left. I put it away for you.» After work I came by to pick it up and was very thankful. I left her a little tip for finding it.
I was really impressed and touched that they were honest enough to return my expensive wedding ring. I only wish I remembered the girl’s name; she was the one with the shortest hair of the crew. Anyway, definitely recommend, and thank you for your great work and integrity!

Had a fine experience. All I wanted was a quick shellac, no pampering, in and out in 25 minutes. I received quick service and a great manicure. Perfect for me.

My first visit. Used a Groupon, gel manicure for $ 15. Can’t beat that! Miranda is the lady that serviced me and she was awesome. Pure perfection. I will definitely be going back. I absolutely love how my manicure turned out.

Though the named changed, I forgot what it’s called no, the quality of the nails remains the same.
The acrylic set I got lasted exactly 2 weeks and 4 days. I got the set filled elsewhere and it didn’t last long at all in fact two of the filled nails broke in 2 days.
I love this place, though the old staff seemed more friendly than the current staff I’d recommend someone coming here for a mani and pedi.
If you’re willing to sacrifice small talk from your manicurist for good quality nails this is your spot but expect to pay a little more than other places.
If you get your nails done here, get the fills here too, elsewhere won’t match up or last!!!
