Together with David Cusick, Michael D. Croddy was a founding partner in Cusick & Croddy, LLP in 2004 which practiced until 2011. In 2011, David Cusick accepted a position as a Chapter 13 Trustee in Sacramento. That same year, Michael Croddy created Croddy & Associates, P.C., to continue handcrafting Bankruptcy cases and representation.

Michael D. Croddy has been a practicing attorney for 13 years. Starting at the Public Defender’s office in 1998, Michael transitioned to Bankruptcy in 2001 and has focused exclusively on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 representation for the past decade. He is currently acknowledged by his peers as a leading authority in the field of Bankruptcy and frequently lectures at the yearly Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum.
