Fantastic at what they do. I am a Property Manager, and I am consistently amazed and the variety of stains (including bleach spots, wine, etc!) and odors that are able to get out of carpets. They did a really good job on the carpet in my rental house. I’m getting ready to sell the place, and the realtor told me that the downstairs carpet would probably need to be replaced, but to try having it cleaned anyway first. The property manager I use uses Dan’s Carpet Cleaning, so that’s who showed up.
Dan and the other cleaner (I didn’t get his name) showed up in a nice, clean van and did a great job. They were both good at finding spots that needed pre-​treatment, places I didn’t see until they pointed them out. The tenants had left a weird, waxy stain in one area, and Dan worked on it for a while with and iron and a damp towel and got it out completely. I was pretty impressed at their attention to detail in getting each of the other spots out.
Bottom line: These guys take carpet cleaning seriously and do a professional job. I’d recommend them to anyone.
And the best part is my realtor say the carpets look great now, no need to replace them :-)

Aaron with Dan’s Carpet Cleaning came out and did such a good job… I have had many people come out to do my carpets and I have paid top dollar to attempt to get the best job done… Aaron did a better job than anyone I’ve ever used… And a very reasonable price… EVERYONE should use dans carpet cleaning
