Other than Rhonica, the office staff is terrible. They don’t follow instructions when asking for something over the phone, make duplicate calls that are unnecessary, and are terrible on follow up. They also try to hide behind «HIPAA» when requesting your own blood work results, etc. Then you have to escalate to the Office Manager, and they still seem to have difficulty with understanding simple requests/​questions. Dr. Dawei Zheng himself is pretty good however. He will take the time to answer all your questions.

Very bad service. Lady at front office told us to come second appointment Friday at 4pm when we got here at 3:50 to be early. So many people went before us. And she said because we didn’t have an appointment. I don’t understand if she tell us to come Friday at 4pm isn’t that an appointment? I hope nobody else comes here…

For the past ^$ years I have avoided going to the doctor. At the urging of my girlfriend and secondary urging by my mother, I finally went. Dr. Zheng and his staff made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Makes me cringe to think what took me so long to go, as they made me feel at ease.
