Established in 1991.
Dos Coyotes is the result of two major inspirations for founder Bobby Coyote: his love of Santa Fe and his childhood in Los Angeles. So Dos Coyotes was created to combine the street food of his childhood and the fusion and hybrid of other cultures that has come to define «Southwestern cuisine.»
