Fresh Cleaners At Calvine

This place is located right next to the Starbucks near Calvine and Power Inn. It has a shared lot and does take cards.
I went in recently to dry clean a silk blouse and four dresses. Quality wise, I think everything came out well, but I was a little surprised by how much I ended up spending. To be honest, I don’t dry clean things often, so I couldn’t recall prices from other places for comparison.
But, just for your information, the blouse was $ 5.95. I can’t tell the price between the dresses, but she charged me differently for two because they were bridesmaids gowns. Altogether though, the four dresses cost me $ 66.90, average ~$ 16.73/dress, which I found to be pretty expensive. The total came to $ 72.85 for five items.
On another note, the little older Asian woman who I believe runs things seems nice enough, but I thought our first interaction was a bit strange. As she was ringing the items up, she asked me how soon I needed it and I responded that the soonest I could get it would be great, she crossed out same day pickup on my receipt and wrote a day in for later that week. Granted, there wasn’t a real sense of urgency for the items and I didn’t express one, I just thought it a little odd.
All in all, it’s conveniently located to my place and decent quality. So, I wouldn’t mind going back for those reasons, but I’m also not opposed to trying out another spot just for comparison.

Owner would not honor 15% check in discount. Said she had no idea why Unilocal would offer it. The quality of cleaner is not so great. Suits and Burberry polos are fading. My husband probably spends a couple hundred dollars on cleaners And to be honest compared to other cleaners its on the the more expensive end. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Not a happy customer.

My go to place for dry cleaning. They always does a good job. One time, the owner found a hole in my dad suit and fix it without charge. She is a nice Korean lady and always there. I never try getting anything alter by her before but for dry cleaning. This place is good.
The price is reasonable, a suit and dress shirt was less than $ 25 dollars.

this place is terrible! my wife took her dress in to get tailored for a wedding. the lady wrote on her own receipt that it needed to be done on the 29^th of may for pick up. we go in to get the dress on the 30^th of may, the day of the wedding and the dress has not been worked on. she tells me to come back to get it… its still not done and tells me «oh, you come so fast»…then why the hell are you calling me to tell me the dress is done!!! i can assure you that we will never be coming back and we’ll be sure our friends and family will not give them business!

The service here is horrible. I took 5 of my Burberry shirts and 2 dress pants to get cleaned. When I went to pick up my clothes they gave me the wrong shirt and lost one of my Burberry shirts. This place is so unorganized. Never been so pissed in my life and now I have to wait until Tuesday to deal with this.

I have been using this cleaner for several years for cleaning as well as alterations and they are wonderful. They altered a dress for my daughter in one hour on a Saturday evening when we were in a pinch. I can always trust them!

This place has horrible customer service. I brought my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned before my reception, I was told it would be done on Thursday. I received no call so I went to pick it up Friday evening about 5:30. My reception was that Saturday.
The lady quickly realized she didn’t have my dress even in her shop. She jumped on the phone to call whoever had my dress. Told me I had to come back Saturday morning. Didn’t offer at the time, to help me get it that evening at all. I asked her to discount it since it wasn’t ready when she quoted and since I had to once again drive home and drive back the next day! She refused!
She was rude, not helpful at all, and treated me like it was my fault that she didn’t have my dress! I will never return to this place again.

I bought a new jacket overseas and the buttons were coming off. Most of them were. I checked into this place because its next to my Starbucks. I told her my problem and she gave me a pretty good quote per button. We ended up reattaching all 8 buttons, the big bulky pea coat style buttons for even cheaper than the original quote. I got it back the next day. The best part is the way the quality of workmanship was done. Each new button has a smaller button on the other side to reinforce it. I haven’t heard of too many places that do this. This is what makes customers loyal, quality and service.
