We provide full comprehensive dental care including Bonding, Cosmetic Contouring, Crowns and Bridges, Specialty Dentures, Cosmetic Fillings, Implants, Veneers, Whitening, Sealants, Root Canal Therapy, Extractions, Scaling and Root Planing, Dentures, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Invisalign. And in addition to traditional crowns, we also provide one appointment porcelain crowns using CEREC CAD/​CAM technology.

History

Established in 1972.

Fuiks and Matsushino DDS has been serving the Midtown Sacramento and surrounding communities since 1972, when Dr Fuiks first purchased the dental practice of George Snow DDS. Since then, the practice has continued to grow and prosper with the addition of Dr Matsushino and a team of well trained and experienced dental hygienists and assitants. We continue to treat our patients as part of our family and provide them with the best dental care by combining the latest in dental technology with the knowledge that comes with years of experience.

Business Owner

Dr Matsushino first became interested in the dental field while attending the University of California Santa Barbara, where he worked part time as a dental surgical assistant. There, he worked closely with patients during routine and surgical procedures and discovered that dentistry is where his passion lay. After his graduation from UCSB, he went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Pacific, Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry, and then advanced his dental education by completing a General Practice Residency program with New York Hospital Queens, Weill Medical School of Cornell. He then returned from New York to join his uncle, Dr Fuiks, in practice here in Midtown Sacramento and in 2010 he purchased the practice and took over the daily duties as owner. Outside of the office, you can often find Dr Matsushino traveling with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and swimming with US Masters Swimming.
