Garage Door Center Sacramento

I recently moved to Sacramento from San Francisco, and I needed an opener installed on my garage door. My new home is in East Sacramento, so I called Russ as he appeared to be the closest installer. I am so glad that I did because Russ was great! He was professional and friendly, and he did an excellent job. He arrived at the time he said he would, and he charged me exactly the price that he quoted over the phone. I have dealt with some real stinkers in San Francisco, so it was a pleasure to have such a nice experience. I would highly recommend Russ to anyone!

First of all, I want to say this is the first time I’ve written a review. My partner and I were just so blown away by the incredible customer service that Russ provided that we just had to write this review.
We called Russ after having difficulty opening our garage door for years! Last Saturday we had just had it! We called Russ, and he was there in two hours. It was determined our system was too old to be fixed so he gave us a couple of quoted for new systems and actually recommended the one that cost less. He did not charge us for that visit because he was unable to fix the problem!
The following Monday we received a call from Russ saying he had found a system that he thought would fit and he could come the next day to install. Well, he came the next day, the system did NOT fit and he had to return it but did find one that eventually did! The operative word here is eventually. RUSS was At our home all day! He did not charge any extra and now we have a garage door and opener that WORKS!!!
I want to thank Russ and let him know I would recommend him to anyone needing garage door services. I only wish I knew more people that did.

Russ was able to come out on a weekend due to my schedule and install a new garage door opener.
I was very pleased with his work and I would definetly recommend him to all my friends.

We got back from a trip around 5pm on Monday and discovered the coils on the rail had broken and we could not open our garage door. We called and spoke to Russ. He was able to come over and do an after hours service call. He fixed the coils and completed all repairs in less than an hour. We found their prices reasonable and they provided excellent customer service. He was very thorough and helpful. I had a great experience.
