I’m horrible at leaving comments/​reviews. Hopefully this would help!
First, when entering the salon the boss, Bill, had greeted and made an effort in noticing me. Which is a great! You always want someone to greet you when entering a business to make you feel welcome. Family environment, cutest they have there too are spa chairs for little princesses and princes!
Secondly, MOST important my nail babe SANDRA. I had followed her ever since I’ve been getting my nails done. She is an adorable person, and her skills are what you call a perfectionist! I’m a very picky and OCD-​like person, and only she will get the shape I want correctly and perfectly! I usually get Acrylic done for my nails. If you want a particular shape, she is the go to. Her skills in polishing is amazing! No streaks when painting a pastel colors! No powder residue left all over my fingers or hand, does a very clean job. Gives great massage when I get my pedi done. She is very patient with my pickiness. Very nice and easy to talk to!
Final comment, customer service is a 5 star! Greeted when walked in as mentioned previously. Also, love how this place has variety of color from Essie and more! Bill, his wife Ashley, and most of the staff are very friendly and nice! Bill does a great job in making sure his customer are offered refreshments, and that they are taken care of (assist in hanging up your purse and help dry your nails with sprays, etc.). Very fair when it comes to making the customer happy and satisfied. Will be returning! Take a look a my pretty nails too! ;)

Very friendly, affordable and the best hair and nail technicians. I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and have been shopping around for over a year visiting various places until I found this place. First attended in November 2015 and I had my nails done by Tammy. She was pleasant, listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job. My next visit was with Steve. He has an uncanny professionalism to his technique. You can never go wrong trusting him to do what you expect and please know it will be done to perfection. After a few visits with my nails I met one of their stylists by the name of Eriel. She took the time to discuss and show me different styles of her work and even recommended where to shop for products. I ended up going to her in January for a full weave with a lace closure. Now for me, I’m tender headed. So that means I can’t take pain very easily. However she was courteous in making sure I was comfortable and before I knew it she was done. Braided, sewn in and curled looking nice.
My daughter gets her gel manicure by Sharveal and we are never disappointed. She has had her brows waxed by Vicky and they were shaped to perfection.
If you’re looking for a one stop shop for all of your beauty needs. This is the place. I really am not exaggerating. Everyone is nice in this shop and very professional. That’s what matters.

So impressed with Glam Hair and Nails. It was time for me to find a new place, and I happen to drive passed Glam. Checked it out online, and was blown away bye how beautiful it was from the just the pictures. Called immediately and talked to Vickie to book an appointment. She was very helpful, and got myself and my friend booked right away. After we were finished, Ii was getting text reminders for both the appts. How Cool is that!!! I immediately felt that I had a definite time that I was book for and wouldn’t have to wait 5, which always meant 15 or more minutes, at the other shop I went to even if I made an appt. We were greeted very friendly when we went in, our techs were ready for us, and it was an AWESOME experience. Super clean shop, very hip décor, cool music (not sleepy music), and good conversation that I could participate in with everyone. Amazing new shop!!!

My nail technician took the time to listen to all the details I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. She was super patient and went out of her way to make sure my colors were the ones I wanted.
My 7 year old got a beautiful pedi, including full spa treatment. I’ve never experienced anything like this. The place is beautiful too!

So lucky to find this beautiful Nail salon. IF you’ve been looking for a place that can do what you see on pintrest, these nail techs can match or in every case I’ve seen exceed it. Ive had Vicky several times. she shapes my nails perfect and, can do any design, and comes up with her own special touch. Which I always appreciate. This is truly a one of a kind salon. They also do hair, wax, pedis. Oh and did I mention they have the cutest pedi chairs for kids. How thoughtful of them thinking of our young ones. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth, you think your among family.

Andy is awesome. He did my nails exactly how I like them. They are so pretty. I will be asking for him next time I go.

Horrible service. I was scheduled with another person but Vicky (?) did my nails. I had a friend with me, and she didn’t even offer a chair for her. The lady did a very horrible job painting my nails. I chose a color, and she did only two coats of that nail polish. You could still see through it. She didn’t paint my whole nail either, probably only about 75% of it. Charged me $ 5 for a gem on one nail??? Doesn’t make sense. I asked her what if I had two gems on two or three nails, and she said it would be $ 10 because it was too much. I don’t know if it was because I had a coupon, that’s why I was treated this way? Don’t waste your time coming here. Everything was rushed, and I felt very uncomfortable. I felt that my $ 15 (tipped her $ 5, so $ 20) was a waste.

OMG, called and got an appointment with Steve, I went in with the nails from HELL, Steve did a beauitful job, shaped them just how I like them, even helped me pick out polish and went the extra mile. I love my nails and ended the app. With a hug. Made my next app. They have an amazing selection of gel and regular polish, and all very affordable. Thanks Steve!!!

Glam hair and nail crafters is a wonderful place to get away and pamper yourself! It is very clean and sanitary and very relaxing. Everyone should give Glam a chance and they will not let you down! Steve is great with nails and hair. Go in and give them a try

I went here after seeing a flyer in my mailbox. I was able to book my appointment online which I loved. I bounce around from nail shop to nail shop because I haven’t found a place that I can be loyal to. I wanted a french tip pedicure and I was short on time. I had requested Steve but he was busy doing hair so I was given Tammy. She was sweet and very quick even though I opted to get the gel at her recommendation. My toes look great and I love the fact that I have $ 5 off my next visit. I will go back for sure. The best part is this place is SUPER clean. I can tell that the management is big on making sure everything is sanitary. That in itself will keep me coming back.

I am here typing out my review in my perfectly done nails trying to find the words to correctly express how much I LOVE Glam and how I will travel across town to be a loyal customer even though I’ve always said I would never do that!
I live in West Sacramento and was a loyal customer of a shop here. Long story short, customer service declined and tried a couple other places in West Sac, but they weren’t up to par as I am very picky with my nails. I don’t know how, but I started following Glam on Instagram and was instantly in love with their pictures, so I DM’d them and asked who the best tech was. The got back to me and said they couldn’t play favorites but to start with either Steve or D’ann. Since, in the past my best nail work had been done by a man, I decided to go with Steve. Made an appointment for rhe whole shebang — nails, pedi, wax.
When I got there I was greeted by the owner Bill and my tech Steve. The salon was the cleanest I’ve ever seen and everything was in order. I spotted the cutest little kid pedi chairs, which I will be utilizing for my little ones at a later date. Anyway, Bill is awesome. He treats you like an old friend, while making sure your visit is going the way you want it to. Steve did my eyebrows first and they were exactly the way I wanted. Ditto for my nails. I tend to seem bitchy when it comes to my nails because I like them the way I like them, but I tip well if I like them to make up for it. I knew the minute Steve put brush to powder that he would do them right and I wasn’t wrong. Steve suggested hombre nails and I agreed and love them. The only thing I didn’t like was the color I picked out and that was totally my fault. My pedi was awesome because the massage was amazing. Most of the time the massage is full of tech going through the motions and talking to the other techs, but Steve knew what he was doing.
Even Bill’s ex goes in there to get her nails done!!!
I give Glam 10 stars and they have a loyal customer in me. Plus at least 3 of my friends have gone there on my referral and they love it too!

Salons are usually not clean but this one definitely is which shows how much the owners care about their facility. I came here for a gel manicure and noticed they have a lot of colors & brands to choose from, they even offer drinks and not just water. I appreciate the small details that show they care about their customers. My gel manicure and been on for more than a week and it’s still looking great!
I will definitely try a pedicure on my next visit and let you guys know how it went. Their massage chairs look amazing! Oh did I mention how great their prices are?
I feel like these Unilocalers giving bad reviews just don’t know how to communicate to the technicians as they all catered to me perfectly fine.

First Impression, the salon is clean and staff is very welcoming. The salon has all the latest nail polish colors and charms. the staff is creative and open to taking in all pinterest challenges! The best part is they take their time perfecting your service and actually pay attention to you. unlike many salons where the «nail techs» are too busy gossiping or eating their lunch right on the salon floor. (Ahem golden nails .barf.).
