My mother hired this company to clean her carpets. She was quoted a price of $ 69 for 3 rooms and a hallway and when the guy got there he told her $ 79. She stated that she was told $ 69 and the guy called his boss. He gave the phone to my mother where the«boss» told her $ 79 and offered no explanation as to why he told her $ 69 in the first place. Although I would have denied service, my mother didn’t and went ahead with getting the carpets cleaned. I gave this company 3 stars because my mother said he DID do a good job in the 35 minutes he was there(although he had the nerve to suggest she tip him). Bad business practice in my book!

Go Green cleaned my house carpet and my office carpet last week. Did a great job on both. Ivan was friendly and quick. Even though he was quick he was very thorough. Showed up on time too!

I rarely give out 5 stars, but«Go Green Carpet» is really a 4.5 stars business. I have dealt with many other carpet cleaning businesses that want to put their magnet on my refrigerator. But, «Go Green Carpet» is the only one that stays. I just used them for a second time, to see if they really could do the amazing job that they did last year. And, they sure did. From talking with Ivan(the Friendly), the cleaning system is self contained. They don’t use any of my water or dump the dirt in my sink. The system filters the water and use steam to clean. And, I do mean clean. I had stains left from the spring carpet cleaners that said that they couldn’t come out. Not a problem for«Go Green Carpet». They did come out. And, Ivan did the throw rugs and couches too. I double check to make sure he did under the couches and he sure did. Very impressive work! I highly recommend«Go Green Carpet» to all my friends and family. A good price(no need for coupons). Recommendations: 1. Make sure you have your carpets cleaned on a day that you can open your windows for 3 to 6 hours, 2. Move as many items off the carpet as you can to get your money’s worth, 3. Have your fans ready for the higher traffic areas to dry quicker, and 4. Have a water and a tip ready for the cleaner(they deserve it).
