I never write a review but today I’ve been sitting over an hour waiting to see a banker. If its a Saturday they should have more workers. Only 2 to tellers and 3 bankers. Definitely need more staff.

This is an ok place to bank at if you just need the basics — a savings/​checking account, etc. But beware if you are looking for a car loan, or any type of loan I would imagine. We were pre-​approved for a car loan (or thought we were) after my husband sat down with one of the loan officers. The loan officer told him that we were approved for up to $ 10,000 at a APR of 2.9%. We were excited since it seemed like very good terms for a car loan. We spent all weekend driving around and found the perfect car for us. Then after we had put down a deposit on the vehicle the financing fell through. Apparently nothing this guy told us was accurate, and we only qualified for a loan at a much higher rate we couldn’t afford, even with a co-​signer. It was like a punch to the gut. We had wasted a colossal amount of time and we had to go get our deposit back from the dealership. When my husband spoke to the branch manager he got the impression that this wasn’t the first time this particular loan officer had misled someone about loan qualification. So, if you are thinking about getting a loan through this branch be very careful who you talk to. The people are nice here but at least one of them is inept at their job.

Horrible customer service, first of all, who takes care of a check behind a desk with no security glass? Someone can just run up behind us and snatch the money. Good job, I’m sure your overweight security guard can catch the thief.
Second, you misspelled my name that was CLEARLY printed on my DL, triggering another person in a 3^rd world country’s id to come up (if that’s even possible). They are not trying to accuse me, so they say, but I can see it in their face. I’ve been a citizen here longer than the damn bank teller! I haven’t even been to that country you say that was??? Do I look foreign!!! Also, you can’t «play» with the system huh? Nice choice of words, especially after YOU messed up the first time. I came in here thinking perhaps I could open up an account since it was close by, but nope. You people lost a customer over your idiotic employee and manager that can’t put a simple name down on the computer.
I hope upper management see’s this, your stars on Unilocal don’t lie. Get a better, more competent group of employees to handle customers money. I am glad now that I didn’t do business with you people. Aside from messing up on my name and accusing me… seriously…who the hell handles money behind the friggin security glass!!!

Good service and a convenient location They have a coin machine here and I use it quite a-​bit, being in charge of the coffee club at work I get allot of change.

Great location right off the I-​5. Very clean and friendly staff. They have a easy access atm machine on the side with its own parking. Security outside is always so friendly and open doors for u.

Miserable customer service. Tried to get my elderly mother an account and they made her feel like a criminal for having bad credit. They wouldn’t work with us at all and treated us like garbage. She even had a large term-​life check to deposit and it STILL didn’t matter. They were completely classless, uninformed and unsympathetic to my moms situation. We went up the road to Wells Fargo and they set my mom up in literally 15 minutes. Don’t even bother with them.

Golden One sucks at making customers happy. Their debit cards a cheap and never work and they take forever to mail out new ones! TERRIBLE!

I won’t in for a payment and a deposit, just showed my ID and have the rep my account number and I was out in less than 1 minute! I think my walk from my car to the branch was longer!

There’s security that mans the door and isn’t too lazy to open the door for you as you walk up. I’m pretty happy because this location has a coin machine. You swipe your ATM card and put all your change in the machine and it gets deposited into your bank account. Isn’t that great?
