The Dr. ignored my reason for seeking treatment. I told him of my desire to reverse as best as possible my desire for a reversal of an earlier orthodontic treatment that removed 4 teeth and left my teeth and mouth unattractively flat. He did so to a degree then said that he wanted to «relax» my upper arch down. When he removed my braces I complained that my mouth was no better off than before, and he replied that I had a good alignment of my teeth, which I never had a problem to begin with. He seemed arrogant and completely lacking in care for my satisfaction of his treatment. He seemed uninterested in my lack of satisfaction.

If you find that you arrive early they can accommodate and get you out early too. Great for Mom’s short on time !

I visited orthodontist Gregory W. Evrigenis for a consultation regarding orthodontic work. Despite the fact that I was experiencing pain in my jaw, he proceeded to excessively promote products relating to snoring, sleep apnea and bruxism He also exerted a great deal of effort in getting me to pursue additional care based on his referrals, of which I imagine he benefits, to a degree that felt inappropriate. He spent the majority of my consultation attempting to sell me products that did not even remotely address the primary issue of my visit — my jaw pain and need for urgent dental realignment. It was clear that his primary concern was the promotion of high margin products and the bottom line of his practice. Eventually we moved on to my dental concerns but this, too, was very peculiar in that he proceeded to point at my x-​rays and grumble and groan in disappointment as if to dramatically enhance the severity of my condition. Again, I couldn’t help but feel as though this was some kind of act aimed at enhancing his bottom line. He concluded the consultation with the recommendation that I take impressions prior to providing me with a quote. During my other orthodontist consultations, I was provided with a quote for treatment prior to taking impressions so that I did not have to commit to something that may be outside of my budget. However, Dr. Evrigenis asked me to pay for the impressions with a cost of approximately $ 180 before providing me with a quote for orthodontic services or a treatment plan. It appeared an unethical business tactic as it significantly reduced the patient’s ability to negotiate a fair price later on. Regrettably, I decided to take the impressions with the understanding that I would receive a quote within a reasonable time period. I could not even schedule a return visit for at least a month and when I finally made my appointment, Dr. Evrigenis was not in attendance. I spoke with one of his assistants who proceeded to give me a price range for services. It had been a month since my consultation, and I had paid for impressions, yet I still could not get a simple treatment plan and price for services. Please use caution when dealing with businesses like this. It appears as though there is a heavy emphasis on upsells and revenue growth and not nearly enough on the people aspect. Beware!

Just as I remembered as a child, visiting your office was such a pleasure. Pam greeted me promptly, with a bright friendly smile, and instantly made me feel at home. Marie was highly knowledgable, professional and just all around fantastic. She took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Marie was also very personable which made my experience outstanding !! I couldn’t ask for more. I look forward to coming back!

Dr E did my braces. My teeth are straight and came out exactly as I expected. Great staff, very knowledgable. I always trusted dr. e with my smile.

While this might be an excellent practice the staff is not very genuine. I got a very bad vibe when I was here.

Dr. E and his staff are excellent! I was a transfer patient new to Sacramento and his team was very accomodating and really drove for the best results. In addition to great customer service, Dr. E seems to really know his stuff and is very thorough from start to finish. I feel very fortunate to be in their hands and look forward to getting my braces off soon. Keep up the great work! Sacramento needs you!

We love the office of Dr. Evrigenis. The staff is friendly and efficient. We never have to wait for our appointments. So far, we’ve been very happy with the quality of work done on our boys!

Dr Evrigenis is absolutely the best orthodonist in the area. He was highly recommended to me by two doctors. I had a complicated adult orthodontics case and Dr. E did a wonderful job and coordinated perfectly with the other doctor involved. Dr. E is thoughtful and takes his time to explain options and issues. I have never felt rushed or pressured. I brought my daughter in for her orthodontic work and her smile is developing perfectly. Everyone in the office is great and they are really a customer-​focused practice.

I consider this place not very honest. After visiting couple of orthodontists in the area, I chose to go with this office because they proposed only one extraction unlike the others that wanted 2 or 3 extractions. After the initial consultation I went in for impressions and that’s when they took my first payment (we agreed on 19 payments with no interest). On my next visit they were supposed to put braces on but then I got a phone call from Marie saying that Dr Evrigenis needed to see me again. So I went and he told me that treatment plan had changed and that he will need to extract 3 teeth plus 2 molars. I was taken by surprise by this huge discrepancy and left the office speechless. I did not want to lose so many teeth, which was the main reason I had chosen them to begin with so I called next day and I told them I needed some time to get a second opinion. Marie told me I could take few weeks to research so I did. After few weeks I called and told them I was not going to go with them and requested my refund, as I found an excellent orthodontist that offered a no extraction plan! She immediately changed her normally nice voice and said she needed to talk to the billing department and review some papers. 2 weeks later there’s no phone call so I called in and Marie refused to refund the first payment. I think is very unfair to charge money offering a treatment plan that will be changed after money is in their hands. Any payment agreement was made under the 1 extraction treatment plan not 5!!!
I would not recommend this place at all.

Dr. E is great. His staff is very nice and helpful. They always make you feel special. I went through a year and a half of braces with them and although I never want them again, if I had to get them I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our experience with Dr. Evrigenis has been extremely positive. The office itself is warm and welcoming and we were very impressed with the staff from the moment we walked in. Dr, Evrigenis is extremely personable and caring and went to great lengths to ensure that our daughter was comfortable and confident in the treatment she was to receive. We could not be happier with our experience with Dr. Evrigenis.

Dr Evrigenis and his staff are excellent. I took my daughter for two rounds of braces. They turned out beautiful. He’s also consulted with me about other cosmetic dentistry. Always very pleasant and focused on your issues. There’s a reason his waiting room is crowded. He’s the best.
