I would avoid this store as it has a terrible return policy. The owner sold me items that was used and broken and would not return it. You can get the same items at Nordstrom’s and they are more nice to you.

Trying to support local but it’s hard when they don’t want to help you. Found an item I was interested in and wanted to know if they had a set. The sale rep didn’t even have a chance to answer due to another sale rep yelling across the store saying it was the last one. Instead of looking for something else close to it the sale rep just turned his back and walked away. So I decided not to pursue looking anymore decided to leave. Found what I was looking for online at Pottery Barn. The staff here isn’t friendly, recommend they brush up on some customer services skills.

Price mark up is ridiculous. I’m new here from the bay area. I purchased a camouflage tote that was 50% off but I realized later that the bag that was marked up $ 60 more than brand name sold it for online. I was so angry that I could not return because of their return for exchange or credit policy. So I will research item before purchasing her again.

Jonathan came through once again for our annual garden tour this past Mother’s Day. Tammy and Taige decorated not one but two gardens for us, both of which were spectacular. Easily the most stylish home decorating boutique in Sacramento, they have an eclectic mix of furniture, art, and gifts. Great fun to work with and super design eye. Shop there soon!

I have previously written a negative review of this business and have completely changed my mind. The owner of Haus has gone out of his way to satisfy me as a customer. I will not forget his professionalism. I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

I first called to see if they had an item in stock(gave them the serial number and makers name), they said they had that exact item and would hold it for a few hours, they must not have been paying attention to what I asked for, because I drove the 64 miles to get buy it(straight after getting a chemo treatment no less) and it was the wrong item. The guy(I think his name was Jonathon) was flippantly unapologetic that he hadn’t paid attention when I called and was not very considerate of my time wasted. They had some unique furniture and décor items and the prices weren’tt crazy, but I wasn’t impressed enough to return again.

I love Haus! Everyone who works there is ultra chill. They have their two dogs assist you in shopping, which is a huge plus for me. They carry Voluspa candles, which are a huge hit in my circle of buds. They also carry house décor, cards, hip wrapping paper, books and other awesome goodies. You will never leave here empty handed. If you want interior decorating services, they offer reasonable pricing for your budget however small or large it may be.

Furniture is beautiful. Accessories are wonderful. This a perfect follow-up to the Ivy House that was here for years.

Haus is an amazing design shop. As an interior designer and retailer myself, I must say that their selection is amazing and their display talents are impeccable. I totally loved that they not only had home accessories but had party goods, greeting cards and some gifts. The young lady that helped me was so very kind. I was looking for a particular brand of dining furniture that they do not carry, she looked up a local dealer and wrote down the name and address for me. I will go back!!! No doubt about it.

Super cute high-end home and gift store. I’m not sure what style it would be, but definitely more on the traditional end. They have some great candles if you’re on the Ikea budget.

Great news… Haus is moving later Summer/Fall 2010 to a new location: 5601 H St, Sacramento, CA95819(in the Ivy House location… owner of Ivy House is retiring). More than double the floorspace means more lovely and inspiring vignettes, furnishings, gifts etc. Oh… and more parking!!!

I can barely bring myself to dock a star for the fact that most of the stuff I want in here I can’t afford. This store is just too damn cute. The BF and I came in with a gift certificate a couple of months ago and were totally stumped on how to spend it. It wasn’t that we couldn’t find anything we liked, but it was difficult to find something we were comfortable spending 50+ dollars on that we didn’t necessarily need. Most of the things that we could actually use were out of our price range. The store has a bunch of really original, well-made and tasteful goodies for the home, from furniture to candles to books and fancy glass vases. Prices aren’t completely all over the place, but I must say that some things were more reasonably priced than others. More excitingly, they have a pretty well-stocked sale table. Though the store is pretty small, there’s a heck of a lot of stuff in there. Each little shelf and coffee table and display case and sofa table had all kinds of cool little things I wish I could put in my house so people would think I have style. After much debating, the BF and I decided on a simple, chic tabletop wine rack for our lovely array of homeless reds. We personally loved this whimsical little sculpture thing of a guy tumbling through hoops. It was over $ 200, so I vowed to come back for it when it’s… er, on the sale table.
