History

Established in 1909.

Founded in 1909 by brothers, P.J. and J.C. Hobrecht, Hobrecht Lighting has been providing lighting solutions in Northern California for almost a century. At its conception Hobrecht Lighting was both a lighting manufacturer and a showroom for the finest lighting fixtures and lamps available from the industries premier producers of lighting.

Hobrecht Lighting quickly established itself as the place to get the highest quality and largest selection of lighting options in Northern California. Hobrecht Lighting was even selected to provide the lighting fixtures for such notable landmarks as:

In 1972, Carolyn and Stan Paul purchased Hobrecht Lighting. The Paul family has carried on the tradition of offering the highest quality and largest quantity of lighting fixtures in the area.
