Do not waste your time or money! If I could give 0 stars I would. Obtained a groupon for «Carpet cleaning for three rooms of up to 200 square feet each and one hallway» — they had no openings for 3 weeks — took the soonest appointment, they NEVER SHOWED or called! I called after my appointment window to ask about it — and I sat on hold for 20 min then I got a voice mail. I called throughout the day — no answer — no call back. Finally got ahold of somone who assured me they would get back to me immediately and they would make sure someone came out to clean my carpets — again they never showed, they never called back, they still have not returned my calls — THIS IS A SCAM!

Same exact thing happened to me, but worse. I purchase the service in Groupon. Called to confirm my appointment. Someone told me, yes a technician will be to you within a 2 hour window slot. After my window slot ended, I called to find our whwre they were. They said they had no idea and would call me back. After them not calling back an hour later, I called them and just asked to reschedule. I then rescheduled for 2 days later after work. After moving the furniture for the second time, the second technicain failed to show. I called furious and they insured me that they would have a new technician call. The new technician called to schedule another appointment. We had it set and I then called the technician day of to find out when he would be expected, and he informed me his van was broken down and he didnt know. Finally, she showed up and then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t do my carpet because he didnt realize it was an apartment. At this point was furious. When I called the call center… They had no record of me whatsoever. They said they would send a refund, I have yet to receive it. Who knows if I ever will.

Bought a groupon for carpet cleaning. Not worth the discount! They failed to show for the appointment and left me waiting for 3 hours. I was in contact with the company and was told someone would be showing but no one ever did. They are a national company and the calling center isn’t local. I made another appointment and called the day of to make sure someone was coming and was told they had to cancel again. I’m getting a refund. Poor business model. Don’t bother buying the deal. Not worth the hassle. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Found someone on craiglist and they were able to come over the day I called.
