IHOP

We have had pleasant experiences in the past at IHOP, this morning’s was not one of them. We arrived just before 11:00 am, they were already busy but not overwhelmingly so. There were 5 in our party, myself, my wife, and our three kids, we were celebrating the graduation of two of our kids from middle school so this was a celebration. Orders were placed around 11:10 and we began our wait. We noticed around 11:30 that what looked like our food was on the pass, and there it sat — and sat. 11:40 our server brings out our food, well everyone’s except for mine that is. The food that did come out was cold to the touch as it had been on the pass waiting for at least 10 minutes, no one was thrilled. At this point, it is 11:50 and my lunch hour is nearing an end — I ask my server to just wrap it up to go as I am now out of time and will have to eat at my desk. Clearly someone dropped a ball here, and then they kicked it out of bounds. Our server was very nice and apologetic (which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star) however the ruined meal does not make up for it enough for us to risk a return visit. On top of all that the omelette was very mediocre at best when I finally got back to work to eat it. Next time we will just go to elsewhere.

The pancakes were just horrible I ordered them twice they were raw inside. I mean how can you mess up a pancake I’ll never be back

Usually this place is on point. I get the egg white and spinach omelette and bacon but today was no good. I brought my mom, aunt and kids for brunch and it was just not ok. I hate sending food back but the hash browns weren’t cooked, the bacon wasn’t cooked and the eggs were very very runny. Even when they came back it wasn’t done so we ended up leaving a lot of food and paying $ 62.00. I was sad because the server was amazing and it wasn’t her fault. I guess the cook didn’t get the message. :(
Oh and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Yuck. I couldn’t even handle it.

Every time I come I get the same server. Britney.
1. This place is a mess. She said her manager left her with a bunch of tables to clean. I’ve been here 30 minutes and she hasn’t cleaned any.
2. There’s bacon in my water
3. My food sat on the pass bar and got cold and there is literally 1 other couple in the restaurant.
4. I watched her with bare hands pick through a bag of salad for 5 minutes for the other couple that’s here.
This is the third time I’ve been here and she provides the same service every time

Good food and very cordial waitress…

Brought a group of about 10 of use for a late night breakfast (10:30 PM). It took one hour for the one waitress to come and take our order, even after looking around and asking the cook (who wasn’t helpful) if he knew where the waitress was. One of the other customers commented, «good luck, there’s only one waitress working».
Literally without exaggeration, when we walked in every table had left-​over dishes still on the table except for the one we got seated at.
We asked for separate checks, and after we finally got our food and prepared to pay, the waitress just had us tell her what we had to eat/​drink so she could ring it up.
We should have just walked out as soon as we saw all the messy dishes all over the tables. Will never go back.

Worst place ever. Sat down and waited 15 minutes with no server coming by asking anything. There was 5 employees that walked by. Waited another 10 min and another 3 employee walked by with still no service. I finally decided to get up and leave. The place wasn’t even busy. Worst ihop ever. Needless to say this is the last time I go there.

Very bad service, i showed up at noon on a Thursday not to many people in place. I placed order at 1210 and at 1245 i left because I was waiting way to long and no food

It is just OK food!
But now «Come On Man» My opinion is it’s rude to go into a rest at 9:45pm when they close at 10 and expect service, let alone good service. These people have lives also, go out earlier, or find a 24 hour diner.
I completely understand them saying sorry! Where do you draw the line, show up at 9:59 pm and stay until 11:00…Crazy!

Food poisoning. Hellish weekend of sickness thanks to low hygiene of the place. Pretty scary. Last few times there, you can just tell nobody is really running the place. The cooks are messing around in the back. They are loud and unfocused. What I need in a restaurant is a staff that at least seems like they care. Not just the wait staff.

This was my first time going to IHOP for dinner. I usually go for their delicious breakfast. I was actually surprised at how great their burger was, so no complaints on the food. I also got to try their watermelon lemonade, which actually comes with fresh watermelon on top! The lemonade is not too sour or too sweet, so I definitely recommend it!
This was also my first time at this location. I really appreciated the great customer service. The waitress was really attentive and made sure to come around a few times to refill or drinks.

Favorite place to eat! Food is always wonderful and the staff are all so friendly and polite. Never do i leave this place without a smile on my face and full happy belly!

Haven’t been to an ihop in 20 years. As a kid we often went, and loved it then. Now, I don’t know how they stay in business. I can get much better food for the same or less $. Had a scramble and shared some pancakes. The service was fine. So, if you’ve got a fist full of coupons and no other option, like if you’re craving breakfast after going out, this may be the place.

I go here often and the service is great! One time my order got messed up but the manager was so nice about it! I will definitely come back to this location!

This Review will focus on cleanliness. Several un-​bussed tables, this one sat behind us during our entire meal. Unpleasant smell lingering around our booth.
It is clear the restroom hasn’t been tidied up for some time.
Food, decent fast breakfast as expected from Ihop, Food 3, Cleanliness 1. Okay 2 stars.

So my family and I waited for about 10 minutes to get seated and waited about 45 mins till we got up and left. They didn’t take our drink order and they didn’t even check on us. I understand that it’s Christmas Day and they’re most likely under staffed but as a customer we would like to know that, or a simple check up. The lady who was running our side of the restaurant apologized and was very sorry and I know it’s not her fault, but the other lady running the other side was horrible and rude and didn’t even greet us when we walked in. I could care less for her and her work ethic and the one star is because of her.

I haven’t been to an IHOP in years! Not because I didn’t like them, it’s just that I don’t get out much like I used to. So when an old friend contacted me after about a 10 year absence, we formulated a reunion for a Saturday night. Since my girlfriend lived close to this IHOP, we agreed to meet, have dinner there, followed by drinks afterward. I looked forward to reminiscing over our old night clubbing days of the past.
As we entered IHOP, the first thing we noticed was two separate disgruntled customers at the front counter complaining at how slow the service was. No one was at the counter to accept their money for their bills. We stood there for several minutes talking amongst ourselves and hoping that our experience would be better than theirs. Eventually a man came through the front entrance from outside to help the waiting patrons. It was strange to see this, since I could hear other employees talking in the background, who never made an effort to wait on the very vocal customers.
After they checked out, the same man who was apologetic about the delays brought us to a booth and handed us menus. He was very nice and I felt less apprehensive about how the rest of our evening would turn out. It appeared that he was the only server in the restaurant who had to wait on customers, take money at the front and clean up tables after people left. Fortunately for us and him, there were very few customers present that night.
After scanning the many great selections offered on the colorful menu, it was a struggle whether to have either breakfast, lunch or dinner. I love that you can eat breakfast any time of the day! Finally, I ordered the Baja Fish Sandwich with fries and my friend ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Quesadilla. We both enjoyed our meals. My generous portions of fish and fries were deliciously crispy, just the way I like it!
I’m happy to say we had a very pleasant dinner while we were waited on by a very pleasant waiter. I’m sure we will make plans to come here again. Now off to the bar!

Went here at 9:40 with a small group of friends we were all there ready to sit and they refused to sit us. They lady said «well we close at 10 soooo yea» and did not want to let us eat there because they basically want to be able to leave at 10, but correct me if I’m wrong you’re supposed to service people until you’re actually closed. Long story short we all left and went to Perkos got there at 9:45 but did they kick us out? Nope they warmly greeted us and gave us great customer service.

May 6^th tuesday, 9:42pm, closes at 10… This Mexican broad refused to seat me and my sister for her birthday. But I was polite and said ok… The broad didn’t even offer food to go…
I wish I could tell her to please quit and let a professional provide customer service.

Went here for breakfast on Sun. w/​a friend & my daughter. Only had to wait approx. 10 — 15 mins. to be seated – not bad for a Sun. We placed our orders & food came after approx. 20 — 30 mins. – it was crowded so didn’t mind the wait – the problem was w/​the food when it was served.
My eggs were cool & my pancakes were cold – my daughter’s food was warm & my friend’s food wasn’t hot – but it wasn’t warm either. I never send food back as some cooks get angry when food is returned & you’ll wind up getting extras that you don’t want in it.
When the waitress asked how it was – I told her. The manager came over & removed the charge for my cold food.
The waitress came back & said there was a large group on the otherside & that’s why my food probably was cold – but really that’s no excuse as my plate was obviously sitting on the counter for some time & it’s the waitress job to serve the food when it 1^st comes out & it’s hot or do something about it if it doesn’t come out hot in the 1^st place. Also, I don’t give a dam if there’s a large group – I’m paying for hot food – not cold unless I’m eating a salad.
I don’t mind waiting for food to be served if it’s crowded – as long as my food is served at the expected temp. Never going to go back here again.
