not promoting fast food but since. Carl’s Jr is temporarily out of commission and if you are not a Burger King fan this the only other alternative.
Buttery jack? It’s ok, but the hamburger patty is very low quality.
Can’t wait for Carl’s Jr.‘s natural burgers.
Nevertheless, my go to sandwich is the spicy chicken no mayo. Regular fries are good too.
For some reason, sodas here are always problematic. Especially getting regular coca cola right. We think they often hook up the wrong coke syrup to the wrong dispenser.
Today the ice dispenser was broken ughhhh. If it broke in the winter ok, but on a hot august day? They should have a backup ice dispenser, plug and play, pop out the broken one and pop in a new one.
This ain’t Alaska it is the smoking hot Sacramento valley!

I go to this Jack all the time for their efficient service, warm, friendly staff and proper handling of the food. The head chief, Teresa, is just the sweetest person you’ll ever come across n is always accommodating. The food is always fresh n hot. The staff always greets you with a sincere smile and they all convey enjoyment working there. I’ve never had a problem, nor have I ever been disappointed. On one occasion, I was the second in line in the drive through and ordered a coffee. An employee, Anna came out to my car and brought me my coffee because I was told the car before me had a 30 taco order, so she didn’t want me to have to wait. Where else can you get service like that? They’re all amazing! You’re appreciated!

I’ve been going to this place since I was about 9yrs old. One day I went and asked for a water after I ordered a meal. And the cashier had a bad attitude and a smart ass mouth for no reason. Ever since then I wouldn’t tell anyone to go their for anything.

I love jack in the box but this is the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. The bathrooms smelt terrible and I think urine was everywhere. The service was slow and they treated me terribly. Not only that they completely messed up on my friends sandwich. He took it back to get it fixed and they were upset at him because they messed up. Please avoid this jack in the box

This place didn’t put cheese on my burger I said to put cheese on. I go to the counter after taking 2 bites and realizing I have no cheese on it, I wanted to also keep my burger. They end up just giving me back my burger after charging me 33 cents for a slice of cheese. Then bring me the half eaten burger with the cheese folded in half all ghetto like. Then I go back to let them know that wasn’t ok. Then they finally make me a new burger and bring it to me with lots of attitude.

Waited in the drive through forever. If there was a way i could reverse without damaging my car & others I would

Horrible service the girl got an attitude when she as making the mistakes and still got it all wrong after being corrected. They’re usually good here but idk what happened

Crispy crunchy fries here, not soggy. The best bargain 2 tacos for $ 1. The seating area old and not that clean. The service is ok, strictly business no smiles. This Jack has been here for at least 30 years so, that give you an idea of what to expect.

I eat at this location several times a week — usually for their breakfast menu. Sometimes there is a bit of a line — but it moves relatively fast — I haven’t had to wait more than maybe 5 min in line. Lunch seems to be a bit longer — but the parking lot is always full so I am guessing handling the sheer number of dine in and drive thru orders can get overwhelming. The morning manager is often the person working the drive through window — she is always friendly and helpful. I have never had my order come out incorrect. the window person generally verbally verifies the order as they hand it to me. I love that the food is hot and fresh –I have never received food that tastes like it’s been in a warmer or sitting on a heat shelf from this location.

For having a drive through. .I waited 15 minutes for two shakes— Absolutely ridiculous. .what in the world..

Service is usually pretty fast but a LONG LINE tends to develop if you come during the late night hours! There are always coupons that come in the mail – which is the main reason I come here. Tried their tacos, sourdough jack, SEASONED CURLY FRIES (soo soo good!), and a vanilla milkshake. Everything was REALLY GREASY but all in all satisfying– keep in mind I came at 2AM after a strenuous gym workout. I felt a bit sick after eating all this food and would probably only recommend their sourdough jack and fries. The tacos are deep fried and sealed shut – you can literally see the grease dealing through the bag and the milkshake was just so-​so – nothing compared to in-​n-​outs creamy, thick shakes. I love sourdough bread so, naturally, I enjoyed the sourdough jack (a little on the small side though) and the curly fries are always good! (No, I don’t care how fattening they are – those hot, crispy, seasoned fries smothered in ketchup are good at any hour!)

Another trip to a franchise owned jack in the box. and another let down. This used to be the best fast food. I understand there is a new fad in the food industry. This fad seems to the the serving of cold and incorrect food. My sourdough jack felt like it just escaped a polar bear in it’s attempt to escape to the ocean. My fries were what Eskimos use to put in their soda to keep it cold. Lastly my taco had the consistency of tooth paste… oh this isn’t a fad and just pertains to this establishment??? My mistake. The cashier was cute so she gets an extra star

Smh. I go to the drive thru, ordered 3 combo meals. As usual I check my bag before I drive off and I noticed I’m missing a curly fries and a soda. I wait about a minute or 2 for the worker to come back to the window so I can tell him that we still need curly fries and a soda. When I tell him this he shook his head no and said that is not what I ordered. He then asks to see my receipt. He looks at the receipt for a minute, grabs a curly fries and soda hands it to me in a rude jerking like motion and shuts the window and kept my receipt! RUDE! I will NEVER go to this jack in the box again.

The WORST jack in the box in TOWN!!! Customer service is terrible. Second time I’ve been there and they forgot to bag ALL the food I ordered and PAID for. I called the second time to let them know. They asked me to come back. Yeah right! (It’s not close) Oh and they also hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN!!! I don’t even wanna give them one star! Booo!!!

The food is good, the service is great, but the restaurant could use a little cleaning up. I think it’s time for a remodel. I know this place is old cause I used to come here in high school and that was many decades ago.

I’d like to give it 5 stars but I remember coming here one time when it was open all night and the people inside weren’t taking orders for some reason. I walked up to the front to check the hours and I saw the workers inside.
Most of the time I go here I have positive experiences. My food is usually hot when I get home. There used to be homeless people standing there in the drive through asking for change but since they opened the police station I haven’t seen too many. The dining area here is usually pretty clean. The service here is usually quick and friendly.

My granddaughter and I come here many times after she gets outta school. We always get breakfast foods! LOL

Always mess up my order. SMH. I’m always a burger or two short. There’s always an employee arguing with a customer & I’ve had a bad experience with a rude employee also.

I LOVE JITB and I particularly LOVE this JITB. The food is standard to any other JITB but what’s great about this JITB is that customer service rocks and as much food I get, they have never messed up on my order.
I always go through the drive-​through because I come here late at night for my fast/​bad food cravings and the restaurant itself isn’t opened. The drive-​through is always quick. The night shift lady who usually takes my order is always sweet and always asks if I need ranch or extra hot sauce (I don’t ever get that at Burger King!!) I try to check my bag before driving off but because I’m a fatty, my bag is super loaded it makes double checking rather difficult.
When I get home I find everything I ordered neatly placed in the bag with lots of ranch, hot sauces and ketchup. I find myself smiling and thinking to myself, I love that JITB on Freeport. And then I find myself wanting to go back because I love their tacos, curly fries and eggrolls! That along with great customer service, how can you NOT want to go back?!

I would opt for the drive through rather than actually going inside the establishment any time.

Good service. Workers are friendly and food comes out relatively fast.
Drive through line is always longer then the actual wait inside the store.
